Dear «First_Name» ,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to o
ffer you an appointment in this company on the following terms and conditions:
1. Our Value, System and Culture:
As communicated to you during our discussions, we value competence, performance,
discipline, and integrity above every thing else and that constitutes the found
ation of this contract. We believe strongly in delivering highest quality of our
customers, dealing fairly with mutual respect and on strict merit with our empl
oyees. We work in an atmosphere of trust & transparency and go beyond our area o
f responsibility. You are accountable first to yourself and than to your superio
rs.
2. Designation :
You have been designated «Designation_». However, your ability and expertise can be
utilized in any other field / function in the best interest of the company and t
here upon you shall be re-designated accordingly.
3. Date of Joining:
You have to join us on or before «Date_of_joining» and this would be considered your
effective date of joining in the company.

This payment is made to you as dictated by the Indian Tax Authorities and is sub
ject to change if the India Tax law changes.
You will not be entitled to any other remuneration/ benefits/ amenities other th
an what is stated above unless specifically authorized by a separate written ord
er of the competent authority.
2. Immediate Postings and future transfers :
At present you will be posted at ..... It is however, understood and agreed that
your services, based on the job/ business requirements of the company are liabl
e to be transferred to any of other offices/units/ Companies/ associate companie
s, whether in existence or planned in future, in India or abroad, at our sole di
scretion.
3. General Rules and Regulations :
You will be governed by various rules and regulations/ service conditions framed
by the company from time to time.
4. Documents on Joining :
You will have to submit the attested copies of Certificates showing your age/ da
te of birth, academic and professional qualifications and 2 recent passport size
photographs, relieving certificate from the previous organization, if not submi
tted at the time of selection.
5. Termination of Employment / Service :
The company may terminate your service any time without notice, if there is misa
lignment between your and our value system and culture as defined in Para 1 abov
e, and if this misalignment affects either the internal working and performance
or the image of our brands/ company/ group. If you choose to resign from your se
rvices at Continuum Systems you will be liable to give one month prior notice or
payment in lieu thereof.
6. Confidentiality:
During the continuance of our employment or at any point of time thereafter, you
shall not discuss, divulge or communicate by word of mouth or otherwise to any
person(s) whatsoever, any information of a secret or confidential nature entrust
ed to you or coming to your knowledge, relating to the trade or business of the
company or of any group / sister companies or any of its customers or to the met
hods, process, appliance, machinery or the plant used by them or to any experime
nts made by them or any of them or by any person in their employment or relating
to the prices paid or charged by or the customer of the company or its group/ s
ister companies, or administrative/ organizational matters of the company
which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of being an employee of t
he company or any such other information, the disclosure of which in the opinion
of the company, is likely to be prejudicial to the interests of the company.
7. Misconduct:
If at any time, you are found guilty of misconduct, commit any breach this contr
act of employment or refuse or willfully neglect to perform to the satisfaction
of the company or any of the sister/ group companies in connection with whose bu
siness you may be engaged, all or any of the duties devolving upon you, the comp
any may at once, without any previous notice, terminate the contract of your emp
loyment solely at your cost, risk and responsibility.
8. You will intimate the Company regarding any changes of your residential addre
ss.
9. Ethics:
You are required to deal with the company’s money, material and documents with utm
ost honesty and professional ethics. If you are found guilty, at any point of ti
me of moral turpitude or of dishonesty in dealing with the company’s money, materi
al or documents or theft of any information or misappropriation regardless of th
e value involved, your services will be terminated immediately.
10. Probation Period:
The above agreement is subject to a probation period of 6 months depending on yo
ur performance. On the successful completion of probation period, you would be a
bsorbed as a regular employee of the organization. The Company however reserves
the right to extend the probation period in its discretion. During the probation
period, the company can terminate the employment without serving any written no
tice. If you decide to resign during probation period or after confirmation, you
will be liable to give one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof.
11. Final Dues on Resignation:
An employee should have worked for a minimum period of 1 month to be eligible fo
r any kind of dues from the company. In case of termination of employment from e
ither the employee or the Continuum Systems, the dues will be disbursed after 30
days from the last working day of the employee.
12. Sharing of Salary related Information: Your remuneration package is confiden
tial and should not be shared with anyone except HR. Any violation will result i
n serious action and may lead into termination of employment.
