sorry, Mr. Hisham, i forgot to tell you i hold some years a paper from Mr. Ali in arab
language he has send me as proove of his honesty. he told me it would guarantee me all rights
on the money i send him. that was the reason i came in contact with Mr. Eli who helped me to
find an egypt translator. much to late i did this. after i got the translation i saw that Mr. Ali
had addressed this Letter to a similar not my name and the text was very confused and sad
nothing concrete. i thought if it was intention or stupidity. but it made me start step by step
were we are now. I assure you im normally not such an idiot so long time, but Mr. Ali was
very polite, friendly and convinced me long time until the strange happening with the secret
number and talk to another german maybe victim or complice, i cannot tell.

apartment house with already 4 apartments or not. if the apartmenthouse is registred at a
lawyer in Aswan or not.and if this is registered at Mr. ali`s name. if Mr. Ali has deposed green
papers at his bank, the Credit Agricole, Aswan, branch Corniche Nile or not. or if he
transferred my money to another account, or if he made money with the apartment house
without informing me. if i ask Mr. Ali i get always perfect answers, but i cannot be sure if its
true. is it possible you find it out??? im very nervous you may understand and i want know as
fast as possible what is ok and what not. i want also know if its no fraud if Mr.Ali agrees to

talk. now he told me he need more money to finish another roof to have 6 appartments but he
never likes to write down what he want.for the roof to get 2 more appartments he need LE
120.000 he told me. he tells me also he must give all letters with papers to the post office in
Luxor and not to the Aswan post o. i asked him why and he told me Aswan has a bad post
office and maybe do not deliver to germany. but when i got the 2 letters he send me, the
stamps were not from Luxor but from Cairo. he told me its because Luxor send all mail to
Cairo. i thought maybe egypt is not like germany. i think you can put all i tell you together. i
think this makes no good sense. it took Mr. Ali 7 month to give his signature on my letter of
intend and send it back to me. he said because he took care of the house. he was afraid
something can happen if he is absent and dont look for.he gave the letter a friend to send it
from Luxor. i asked him if he took so long time to get advice if this letter is no danger for
him. he said he did not talk with other people about our business. ok more and more things
make me thoughtful. it must not be bad but its time things must get an official finish to prove
seriousity and security for me.

I hope are you ok and your family , in beginning I would like to tell you everything I started
make a case against Mr. Ali and I get judgment against him and I told you I will keep this in
my bucket to use this in the future if something happen from him and after he signed the
contract and he sent the power of attorney we successful till this step but in our law special in
civil law we have rule say the ownership don't transfer just by the registration ( green
contract) why I want register all your rights because I don't like in the future happened any
problems and like you told me maybe you don't come to a swan and after what happened from
him I don't like put you in problems because maybe he can sell all the building for another
people maybe he have another partnership and he do it the same with them so it's better to
keep your rights and you can sleep you must register and if something happened in the future
and he try to steal the apartments or any body else it's easy to cick them out from your
apartments so my advice because I'm your lawyer you must register and this not order this just
advice to be honest with you and you all rights to accept or refuse.
I hope you understand me and if you don't understood you can call me in any time I will be

dear Mr. Hisham, thank you im ok. i hope you get also peace with health problems in your
family. thank you for your advices. i know you are right because we have similar rights in
germany. as long im not registred i have no rights. after all problems i had with Mr. Ali in
the past, i think its the best to go on like you say. he made the tawkel, he told me, = now i
know he is a good man. i think after 4 month waiting he tried to get all information about his
rights and is not afraid from me. what i didnt like is Mr. Ali acts only under pressure. i asked
him to send me the tawkel, he refuses telling me it could get lost, even if registered at the post
office. he is also afraid somebody in aswans postoffice could open his letter and read it. i
think its a little bit true but much excuses. he do only the necessary under real pressure. now
he told me because the floor nr.3 is mentioned in the tawkel but not finished he gets problems
from official side. i cannot believe it really. i think he tell me this to get more money to finish
floor nr.3. anyhow before i do this i must be registered completly. -- we have actually
summertime. its same time like in egypt. because i have to start early at 7 in the morning to
care for my 100% handicaped husband i like to know if i can call you at 11 in evening. please
tell me which day in the week you have a little time than for me at 11. i dont like to disturb
your meetings. thank you very much for all you do carefully thinking at my rights.
