Ms. Gonzalez:

There has been a misunderstanding. As shown below, I reported that Beverly Yoshioka was working on a response to
you with the documents. Actually, she was preparing a draft response with the documents for our Regional Solicitor to
review before release. So the response will not come as quickly as I originally thought.

You had requested a "certified copy" of the Cooperative Agreement with Puerto Rico Land and Fruit. I have requested
advice from our Regional Solicitor before any release can be made because there was a question about whether some
information contained in the agreement could be released.

I apologize for my error in this matter.

Dear Ms. Purdy,

Thank you for acknowledging our FOIA request. We specifically requested information for work being referenced on
signs located on the NE end of Flamenco beach and including the lagoon area. Signs posted in the vicinity of the coastal
deforestation indicate "PRLF", and USFWS, DRNA, and ACDEC as endorsement or partnered agencies for work done in
this sensitve coastal watershed.

The signs actually do not say PR Land and Fruit, SE but most all agreements for work in this area have been made
under this name. The number of the USFWS on the sign for your reference is: "USFWS cooperative agreement
4018181565." If there is another corporation operating on the name of PR Land and Fruit in this area or work done in
same area under different names, we hope that you will release this information as well.

We requested any and all information regarding the agreement mentioned on the sign as to the work being done in this
sensitive coastal watershed. We would like to see any public funds awarded for this work and if the allocation of these
funds was contingent on compliance with local and federal laws.

Any and all documents you have on file regarding transfer of public lands, wetland or beach delineations, regional
decisions regarding public access to public facilities like the NE side of beach near shark tanks or Observation Post, and
any and all former Navy lands in this vicinity also requested.

I hope this clarifies any question regarding our request.
