QUALITY POLITICS
Company mission
We transform energy into life, creating unique solutions in the field of
electric power equipment in all the chain: from generation to consump-
tion.
Principles that we follow to realize our company mission:
1. Customer requests and expectations a subject of our research
and embodiment.
Our aim - loyal customers, appreciating mutual relations with us.
2. Company personnel value 1.
We strive to create necessary conditions for the enjoyment from
work and full realization of each worker potential.
3. We eliminate the reasons of mistakes, not only their consequences.
We admit our mistakes, analyze and eliminate the reasons of their
occurrence.
4. Every step should be efficient.
We make decisions on the base of combination of the theoretical
knowledge, professional experience and objective data.
5. Our suppliers basis of our production quality.
Only companies, corresponding to our requirements concerning
the quality of production, terms of delivery and prices, can become
our suppliers.
6. There is no limit to perfection any work is carried out much better.
Skilled staff;
Modern equipment with software and automated
technologies allow to carry out the complete cycle
of manufacture, reducing the human factor;
Flexibility of manufacturing process according to
the customers requirements;
Effective Quality System Management
QS (ISO 9001);
High production standards;
Warehouse of finished products with wide assort-
ment of items;
Favorable geographical position;
High level of maintenance and warranty service.

Depending on the customer requirements, transformers can be of the following design versions:
Lft: HV winding inputs are on the left regarding the front (side of the rating plate);
Right: HV winding inputs are on the right regarding the front (side of the rating plate);
Up: inputs of the LV and HV windings are on the transformer upper cover;
Other design versions are up to the customer request.
HUSING
The protection class of transformer, provided by its
housing, is indicated as IP code. The IP de consists
of two figures: the first indicates the transformer pro-
tection against the external penetration; the second
figure indicates the protection against the water. The
less figures the less requirements to the transformer
protection.

RNSPORTION
Transformers are delivered to the Customer by railroad or by
motor transport. It is admitted to transport the transformers by air,
by river boat or sea craft.
Usually transformers are delivered to the Customer being com-
pletely assembled or partly dismantled depending on the mass and
overall dimensions.
Right after arrival to the point of destination before the trans-
former unloading together with the representative of the forward-
er it is necessary to inspect the package to be sure in absence of the
mechanical damage.
In case of revealing of any mechanical damage of the transform-
er it is necessary to draw up a statement of the inspection results
and to address to the manufacturing plant.
Lading-unloading works
Unloading of the transformer shall be carried out with facilities
which loading capacity corresponds to the transformer mass. The
arrangement of strapping is indicated on the transformer package.
To move the transformer without its package its necessary to
use all the lifting lugs at the same time. The arrangement of strap-
ping is indicated on the dimensional drawing.
Transformers despite their solid design can not withstand strong
impacts or jerking via the lifting lugs. When unloading it is recom-
mended to use the appropriate rope, according to the attached
drawing, where level B shall be higher than level A
