The following groups are required to prepare presentation lectures for the class on their
respective topics. Considering Deepawali break here is revised schedule for your submissions.
Schedule: 9 November 2017. Each student will be required to submit an individual write up on
FIVE other topics which he/she is not presenting himself/herself. (i.e. 1800 words write up 300
words for each topic).
MODEL SUBMISSION AND JURY:
15TH NOVEMBER 2017 11:00 AM: FINAL FOR SUBMISSION AND JURY FOR MODELS. Jurymembers
for models are Prof P.S. Sindhu and Prof. R. Shankar.
Groups will be marked for:
1. Neatness, finish of the model
2. Details (structural) highlighted by model.
3. A1 size sheet presentation

1 A1 SIZE SHEET IN SUPPORT OF THE MODEL.

ON THE DAY OF PRESENTATION EACH GROUP NEEDS TO SUBMIT:
1. One compiled Report (1000 words) on the given topic from each group.
2. Groups are required to present and submit Final presentation 15 minutes max for each
group.
Groups will be marked for:
1. Presentation (structure/content of presentation and eloquence)
2. Respecting the time slot. Optimum presentation time 10- 15 MINUTES
3. Answers to class queries.
Basic structure of your presentation, collected information/ selected photographs for your
presentation, and preliminary presentations will be discussed for improvement before the final
presentation of that particular group.

All students are requested to abide by the submission dates. Only in case of university
holidays or any other reason if the class is not conducted on a day, all the submissions
for that day will shift on the next class (which may be in some cases regular class
schedule or extra class)
