Katie, you have done an incredible job with our
organization. You have been comprehensive more
than comprehensive, with all of your goals. You ask
for direction, seek understanding, and go above and
beyond all expectations. You have been able to flex
your time, adjust your work plan, and accomplish
goals that are the most advantageous for the agency.
Katie, your effort has been outstanding. You are
committed, you contribute, you question, and you
give your best in any and all situations. Your
attention to detail is exemplary and you have very
quickly, become a valued member of our team.
Katie, you have great communication skills. You ask
for clarification when needed, contribute to all
conversations with relevant and significant
comments, you are kind and considerate of others,
and you have quickly developed a rapport with the
team.
Katie, you monitor and adjust all of your learning
goals while keeping the agency and its mission in
mind. You are conscientious and considerate of
others and their workload. You take on a task with
vigor and check-in along the way to make sure that
your interpretation and the interpretation of others,
align.

the Governance Committee and you are

only with your work to date but also with

Katie collaborates with and has become part of
our team. It seems as if Katie has been with us
for a long time and the fact that we are hiring
her for a summer position says everything.
