Executive Summary
In order to stay relevant and continue to attract customers, AmeZam LLC must increase its digital
footprint. According to our research findings, AmeZam has experienced revenue losses due to lack
of exposure and decreasing online traffic. We believe firmly that the company still maintains a
strong reputation and presence in shipping business and would like to continue on its exponential
growth path to conquer new frontiers. To accomplish this, AmeZam LLC needs an offline mobile
application (Android, IOS), a complete website overhaul, a concrete social media marketing
strategy and improved graphics to outpace the competition.

PART 1: WEB REDESIGNING

Assessment
Websites are unique, and AmeZam LLC knows fully that each entity or company has specific

PART 2: SOCIAL MEDIA AND GRAPHICS

Problem Statement
The current state of AmeZam LLCs social media marketing and graphic designs are not up to par
with neither its standards nor reputation. It is essential that as an interregional customer dependent
company, word of latest updated products and services reaches the intended audience as soon as
possible and on a platform of their convenience. This can be achieved especially though an active
and interactive social media campaign with dynamic graphics. Social media ads and informative
posts must be as catchy and enticing as can be. The message should also be coherent on all
distribution platforms.

Assessment
In our research, we found an active Facebook page for AmeZam LLC but it had very little
information, the adverts lacked a modern edge and the informative posts could reach wider
audiences had they contained relevant image graphics. It also lacked a new customer inviting
information and had very little viewership which suggests either the ads are not boosted at all or
the information is simply not catching the attention it should be due to lack of customer
engagement. The problem can also be attributed to the fact the Facebook algorithm favors pictures
without words on them because it has a mechanism of screening unpaid ads. Special graphic design
tactics must be implemented to pass the filters. We also discovered that AmeZam LLC has neither
an Instagram nor a YouTube channel hence missing fundamental two realms of the social media
marketing triad. It should be noted that AmeZam LLC does not only operate in the US.

Assessment
Apps are a convenient way of users interacting and accessing services of AmeZam LLC. They
allow quick flow of information between the clientele and the product or service provider. We
intend to provide to you a simple yet robust application that will synchronize with the websites
database so that you have a single dashboard for managing the website as well as applications on
both Android and IOS platforms. This will allow your customers to access the AmeZam Store with
ease and reduced internet data consumption. In order for us to start up with the design process, we
shall need to first correspond with you to assess the requirements for the app, what you want to
see. Next, we identify potential technologies to design and enhance application functionality. After
AmeZam LLC approves of all, HighCom hits the ground running to ensure timely delivery of your
new Application. The aim is to make an application that is sleek enough for users to interact with
on a regular basis.
