Lesson 1
What Is a Yogi?
Imagine, if you enjoy yoga enough to make it your life, you may actually want
to consider becoming a teacher, after months and years of practice. This
fitness now can be taught to others; like yourself. It might just be a job or
hobby that fulfills you mentally, physically and spiritually, the aspects of Mind,
body, and soul. Keep in mind with our Levels Anyone can become a "Yoga
Teacher" Online. Yoga is a fun and interesting topic. There are many styles,
methods, and ways of learning and mastering this art, science, therapy, and
religion as well. I have learned yoga through many sources, guru, and teachers
including the wonderful web and online courses, which gave me this idea to
bring my Business to the internet consumer. Save Thousands of Online Dollars,

reach your full potential in life. Whether you are a new yoga trainee or
already trained in yoga styles, I welcome you all to Love and Divinity in Motion;
and now for our course lessons.
What is a Yogi? Understanding this question will begin our Lesson and New
Yoga Experience. Definition: A Yogi is one who is in union with God, any Yoga
Individual or trainee will have this definition memorized over time. Some will

quote this term back to you, as if you are brand new to the field yoga. You
began to feel small and tiny over time. Why is this? One has to incorporate
Yoga into every area and inch of your well being and life story. When I lived in
Ann Arbor, Michigan as a Student, I was amazed at the different public
perceptions of local Yoga Instructors. I have listed some public statements
below for social everyday conversations:
1. They are always happy and joyful
2. Their skin completion is beautiful, they glow
3. They are always financially stable, secure, and wealthy
4. They are so pleasant to be around.
After awhile, as I studied my Hatha yoga, I began to wonder (as you will find,
many yoga trainees will do.☺):
1. “Am I a true yogi?”
2. “This is so much information, can I absorb it all?”
3. “What is the exact definition of a Yogi?”
4. “Can I become the image that is floating around my city?”
The second year; my Teacher gave me confidence not to “worry so much”, on
mastering the yoga and information; calling me the “Yoga Scientist” in my
lesson feedback, and granting me an A grade or homework credit. I held this in
the back of my mind as the months went by, my worry wore off slowly, and I
was driven for more information, feeling incomplete until my 3 year of Yoga. It
is very true that action does speak louder than words, many volumes, and
boldness. Imagine, one must be able to integrate the yogi concepts in their
everyday life, health remedies, stress management, and embed them deep into
their subconsciousness. Keep in mind, mastering the Yogi within, takes time,
practice, and patience, before you will actually feel secure as a Yoga Guru. A
combination of literature, Yoga practice, prayer, and meditation will assist you
on your journey within. There are many yoga styles and paths to choose from.
Always understand your path thoroughly; before you educate others, the key is
to be very humble and open to receive more information. A complete balance
is recommended, bouncing from one extreme to another will not make you a
master of anything. Students will only appear impatience and confused when
searching for the fast path to enlightenment and Yoga. Take your time and stay
focused every day. There are many life distractions that can detour the yogi
trainee. Some Yogins will explore one path while others many paths, there is
no correct way to begin your journey, keep in mind you are in no competitions
or race to the finish line, you the yogi are in charge, the whole entire trip. You
will begin to heal your life inside and out, your environment, job, and friends
may begin to change around you. The key is to remain “Fearless” as a Yogi.
Lesson 2
What is Hatha?
facial massages, and warm ups before entering the fire core element of asana
practice. Imagine, not the look of yoga, but the benefits. Asanas are good for
toning the muscles, strengthening the body, disciplining the mind, and
purifying your organs. A Yoga Master will stay youthful and illness free, after
years of well rounded, yoga practice. Many Healers, Practitioners, and Masters
will use Hatha Yoga, to give Yoga Therapy also called Medical Yoga for ill or
Rehab clients. This is why the Yogi Trainee must master his or her inner fire
and energy source to grow in Yoga practice; you will need bolts of energy for
your weekly schedule. We will discuss this in later lessons, how to overcome
fatigue and tiredness. Fellow Yogins, the blend itself, will complete each
other; we recharge and feel renewed, satisfied, and rejuvenated after the full
integration process of Hatha. The Integration will leave you with a healthy,
conditioned physical body, for your silent meditations and spiritual rituals. The
Yogi will feel enlightened and truly connected, mind, body, and soul. Some
teachers will include the chakra centers and mantras in their Hatha practice; it
is all based on the individual Practitioners and time allowance in class
schedules. This will also give balance and energy clearing to Hatha Yoga.
Lesson 3
The purpose of Yoga Paths is to take you inward, exploring your higher self,
personality, life questions, and God consciousness. You become more spiritually
aware, alert, and on a Higher God Path, very similar to Christ and Biblical
Scriptures. As you journey to other paths, confusion can arise or
misconceptions, it is wise to take it slow, to not hurry your knowledge and
awareness building. Learning at your own yogi speed, is very helpful, in yoga
explorations. Our paths can happen naturally depending on your source of
information and training. At times, one class alone can provide a grand
introduction, however; other classes, barely any style information at all. This
depends on the class format and teacher style. I have researched and listed the
variety of styles and yoga paths below: Some I have practiced, mastered, and
others yet to explore as Yoga Instructor and Metaphysician. Yoga is a life long
process; we must learn to enjoy each path to enlightenment without speedy
competitions.
1. Raja Yoga: The Royal or Realization path, know as the “highest” yoga
2. Karma Yoga: Achieving union with God with right action and service
3. Bhakti Yoga: The path of love, devotion, and Divinity

Each yoga path has definitions that are book volumes long, however; this only
gives you an idea, visual, and concept of each practice. I know some of you will
get excited and on a yogi mission to learn as many paths as possible. Yes, this
is good, I need you to keep that excitement, however; take it slow. Do not
overwhelm the senses, intuition, body, and soul’s advancement process. We all
have our natural speed; do not force yourself too much. Motivation,
inspiration, love, and aliveness are good qualities for all Yogins. This keeps us
balanced and ready to go, to the next level. When you feel blocked, detoured,
at war, lacking support and intuition, keep in mind, Meditation and Prayer
time can quiet the mind and guide you back to your yoga path.
Those are keeping me busy, vibrant, and full of enthusiasm. There are many
Sources to learn each yoga path. A word of wisdom: Stay open to receive.
Lesson 4
Psychic Science, and “Originally” Yoga Health and Science. We are taught,
there are hundreds of chakras all over the body, this includes your hands,
fingers, feet, every inch of you and your being. The popular chakras are the
ones aligned down your spine, your seven chakras, and eight including the aura
shield. Any Number beyond eight, is really optional and up to the channelor,
The Yogins and New Age Practitioners, will make things simplistic and stay
within seven or eight chakras. If you are guided to perceive more than eight
chakras, number twelve or more, go with that, your angels, spirit guides, or
family member, is trying to help you with a specific issue, learning topic, or
environment concern. Keep in mind we have hundreds, so this is not unusual.
Most new students will feel they are crazy or strange. Never doubt your
connection, Psychic awareness, or intuition, based on text book or class
information. You could be clear, accurate, and learning through your spirit
guides, they already know this information from beautiful heaven library. I am
sure there are heavenly books, we have yet to discover through our chakras and
ClairCognizance channel. Colleges, workshops, and class courses, are only tools
to assist us and intellect builders. I remember the days, of intuiting beyond
logic and current book shelf information, I would automatically doubt myself;
as if this was complete nonsense to imagine. I pass on to you, as the yoga
student; never doubt your abilities and also someone else you know. We all
have the same inner power. We can choose different ways of perceiving this
information and learning methods. Example: Imagine one group of Five Girls,
receiving the same heavenly message through different perceptions and
Now before we move on to the next lesson, I have a question. Are you familiar
with the Main Chakras? Maybe you are familiar with them. Sources such as;
Blogs, Magazines, Metaphysical Books, Workshops, or Yoga Class, however; you
do not know them by memory. No problem, I have enclosed a “Chakra Yoga
List” Version below. Chakra Yoga Classes will be taught at a later time from
Love and Divinity, this is one of my favorite, special paths, similar to other
yoga paths that teach the Chakra System and Energy Topics. Any “life Issues”
can be solved using Chakra Clearing and Meditation. Daily Chanting,
Metaphysical Affirmations, or Prayer helps a lot. It takes practice & self love.

Lesson 5
in the present, to live in the moment, not the past or future will help you
maintain better karma for yourself. For new Yogins, you may need to first
understand what exactly is karma? Most of us in the contemporary world of
youth and growth; have a general concept but very little. Karma involves cause
and effect, reminding us all of the idea; that each one of us will reap what we
sow. Keep in mind, this cause and effect, action and reaction, involves not only
your spiritual life, but all relationships, our money, home environment, jobs,
every area and issue of our reality. This may be hard to understand, for those
of us going through hard times, financial woes, trauma, abuse, and love life
issues. We begin to feel sorry for ourselves and become victims of our
circumstance. This can happen for months to years before we, intuitively,
figure it out one day, from a yogi healer or personal revelation. It is time we
take control of our thoughts, speech, and actions. The pitfall is when we
neglect our subconscious and conscious mental patterns. Our thoughts and
words are the most powerful manifesting tool we have from God. When we are
going through the darkest karma, earth hell, or timeline; it is something we
created beforehand in the past. This realization, for some, may take time to
digest. For me it took a series of events, literature, research, counseling
others, discernment, and education, to come out of denial. I am true to my
Taurus bull sign. A wonderful blessing for me personally; has been yoga and
meditation. There are many forms of meditation; walking, cooking, lotus
position, quiet daydreaming, mates activities, EST. One must meditate to learn
from their past, to live in the moment, and create their new future. Remember
now, that nothing is set in stone, not even the clearest, accurate, Psychic
Predictions. Why, some may question. Well; this is because each person has the
right and control, shift, and alter future realities. I remember in College, I
would give someone a premonition or prediction, based on their current
situation. The Person or college friend would dislike my prediction so much,
that they would change it, on purpose, to prove me wrong. The incident was
rubbed in my face for months afterwards. I never recovered fully, I questioned
my faith and psychic awareness until God told me, what happened in clear
detail. I was in shock; I was always 95% percent accurate due to my studies and
research over the years. I had to release forgiveness to this friend and move
on to enjoying my psychic levels and heavenly assistance. I share this with you,
for your reality and psychic awareness. Always know; that the kingdom of
God is within us and around us, God is our guide, and will give your life
purpose. Your creations are birthed every day from past thoughts and daily
events. When people and wishes come true by accident, we call this pure
serendipity, feeling blessed and marveled at our good luck. However; know
that this good luck is also a form of universal karma. It is through our karma
that we reward and punish ourselves. We are like co-creators of God, Mini
versions of the Mother and Father God image. This can be a fun experience or
hell trial. Day by Day, week to week, we can be humble as God’s children, and
enjoy each manifestation, event, mate, wealth, and good health, that we
create successfully. We are little Gods and Goddesses. We have the power to
create and destroy, you make the choice today. Easier said, than done, some of
you may joke. Another Alternative method, is Angel Therapy, calling on the
Angels will comfort and Guide you, instantly; guaranteed. Namaste and Peace
be with you.
Lesson 6
If you have a toxin problem and ill health, then Yoga has your Prescription,
guaranteed. This Holistic Prescription includes Yoga Asanas, Meditation, and of
course, Deep breathing exercises. When beginning exercises or meditation
practice, one method of achieving high relaxation and toxin cleansing, is how
deep your breaths are. In yoga class, the instructor will introduce to you an
amazing detail; most individuals actually do not use any breathing from their
diaphragm. Only individuals who specialize in; Fitness Exercise, Yoga, or
Professional Singers of Classical training; will learn how to use their diaphragm.
This is because; using diaphragm exercises will aid many career, health, and
channeling purposes. In Yoga Health and Science, we are taught how to
cleanse, heal, and de-stress ourselves, when using breathing exercises, a little
different from Music Instructors. Each teacher has a different purpose and
ending result; the Yoga instructor’s goal is to help student’s mind, body, and
soul wellness. Some Yoga breathing exercises taught in; Kriya, Kundalini, and
Hatha Paths is the “Rapid Fire Breathing” “Breath of Fire” or “Bellow’s
Breath.” This is a favorite exercise of mine I learned in Hatha training for a
couple of years in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Lesson 7
Mastering the Fire Element, when Fatigue takes over your life
Many of us experience hectic, stressed, and burned out routines on the regular
basis. One way to rejuvenate is to practice Hatha Yoga. In Hatha, Practitioners
and Teachers will try to incorporate the importance of Deep breathing and
channeling your fire energy. This is a beautiful ability and best done using the
breathing exercises and Chakra Yoga. Let’s review the Chakra Energy System
for a moment. Out of the seven main chakras (see Chakra list in Lesson 4) the
solar plexus, Third Chakra; will help you channel some energy, power, and self-
esteem. The benefits over time; will blow you away; incredible results.
This chakra is called your Solar Plexus and Manipura Chakra. The Manipura is
important and used often in Hatha and Power Yoga Sessions. This chakra
contains fire energy that requires attention and regular cleansing; like your
other chakra energy centers. In this chakra you can glow with much
metabolism and light. As men and woman age; you can tell when we forget
how to “naturally” channel our fire energy. Our belly and abs become out of
shape and bodies out of balance. This is a constant goal for me after college;
that I will pass on to my Yoga Students online and in the local Gym. Please
practice your “Yoga Pilates” and learn to exercise that core chakra energy.
1. Can you easily make decisions? Are you confused often and clouded in
thinking?
2. Do you have anxiety, nervousness, and panicky issues alone or in group
environments?
3. Do you have obsessive disorders?
4. You have the need to control others causing harm or abuse to them
unintentionally?
5. Or Anger Management Problems, frequent outbursts?
6. Or you maybe depressed and not assertive enough in your work, school,
and daily social transactions?
7. Do you feel shy, lonely, and incapable of expressing the real you?
8. Do you feel vulnerable, weak, too scared to affirm your self-worth,
esteem, respect, and self-love?
If you have answered yes to any of the following questions above, then your
chakra may be out of balance. This is not an embarrassment moment, no need
to worry, grow weary, or feel ashamed. This is your grand day, power, and
liberty to work on your core and fire energy.

share the basic information to get you started or for some of you readers;
this will be a form of review due to your levels of experience. Another
tidbit to share is; not all meditation Yogins can say they are Intuitive or
Psychic. They may report an experience here or there. Meditation will not
always provide the psychic experiences, visions, spirit guides, angels, or
even divine revelations. You as the Yogi have full control of the ebb flow of
giving and receiving. You as the Yogi are the master of your meditation
experiences. Some of you may or will meditate for months to even years
without one vision or imagery message. While others in yoga will allow
themselves to open up their chakras and belief system to this ancient and
modern experience. The gifts are rewarding whenever you do, the psychic
experience takes practice, clearing, issue releasing, and fearlessness. It also
comes in excellent for any life challenges, strength building, faith elevation,
premonitions, manifesting, relationships, child birthing, child rearing, and
generation blessings.

working, studying, walking, socializing, cleaning, and any daily activity.
Afterwhile, whether conscious or subconscious; the individual begins to
meditate every day in several situations in any slow or steady working pace.
I have had friends or co workers call this; ‘in the zone’. You become on auto
auto pilot in habit activity. Some will argue with you about this
generalization of Meditation terms, but the idea is very excellent and
healthy; why make it so complex? It is amazing how some are quick to
debate instead of learning another way or perception of action. The yoga or
meditation community is no exception. There can be arguments and
conflicts just within one social group. This is when one or all persons
involved; are closed to the others ideas, experiences, or point of views. We
have to learn how to embrace each other and be open minded. In some
cases; this may build faith, strength, and more education for the struggling
yogi or student. Once you become an expert, senior, or grandparent in your
field, you are one with God, the universe, and all creations. You mellow
out, become more at peace, ease, less frustrated, stressed, and without
anger. Life becomes a flow of possibilities, experiences, and fun creations.
Afterwhile; you start to see God in all life and circumstances. Being open
will benefit your mind, body, and soul for yourself, clients, those you teach,
and counsel. I am similar to you all, ‘yoga is a lifetime lesson’. When some
say this; they may try to take away from your experiences or belittle you.
This is only when the ego takes over the skilled yogi versus the beginner or
new edition to a meditation area. Learn the meaning but do not let it
degrade your hard work or years of classes. As I learn and grow like my
students; my life and destiny changes shape. Picture I may be on a different
level with a different background. No person is better or worse than the
other. We are all the same; on parallel paths. You become an enlightened
yogi of motivation. Each level of your courses will show new updates,
perceptions, possible conflicts, and ways of handling your experiences…..
