Btrilding Departments shall especially follow the Market Rate System Docmnent, 2017 for preparation of
PC-1 and execution of works in the province by observing the following criteria:-

I. the rates of newly updated MRS-2017 will be applicable on unapproved schemes only-
\l. The PC-ls/cost estimates of all new schemes shall be
developmental unapproved

tender without its revision on MRS-2017.

2. The Market Rate System (MRS) will be updated on annual basis each year by CSR Cell, on
regular basis.
