Eu fiz uma mquina de moagem de cinto simples usando material de sucata. Siga 15

O motor eltrico era uma bomba de hidromassagem 550w original.
s 2400 rpm, o cinto vai para 15 m / s. Mais por sbinf74 .:

A base constituda por perfil de ferro "C" de 120 mm.

As rodas so peas sobressalentes originais de roda giratria de 125 mm para

largura de 30 mm.

O motor eltrico era uma bomba de hidromassagem original (na imagem do

primeiro esquerda).
Para este projeto, eu preciso remover o impulsor e modificar a flange no torno.
Eu construo um adaptador do motor Arbor para estender e encostar a roda.

Passo 2: Faa o quadro base

A base feita com dois pedaos de perfil de ferro "C" de 120 mm.

A pea horizontal suporta o motor e as conexes eltricas e o capacitor do

motor.
Na pea vertical, fiz slots para as mesas de suporte e placas planas.

Na parte traseira, o pilar vertical para o suporte da roda superior.

A mola dentro do pilar vertical mantm o cinturo de lixar nas rodas.
Para cobrir os contatos eltricos, com uma placa de alumnio de sucata, fiz a
cobertura inferior da base.

Usei uma tesoura de chapa metlica e uma prensa hidrulica.

Passo 3: Faa tabelas de suporte e platinas

 Com alguns pedaos de metal, fiz os suportes de mesa fixos para lixar e o prato
de suporte fornece uma superfcie plana de lixar.

Passo 4: Faa o quadro superior

O quadro superior feito para suportar o cubo dos rolamentos da roda.

O quadro tem a forma de um "L".

Na parte superior, um orifcio transversal como uma dobradia e um slot para o

cubo do rolamento.
O cubo de rolamentos articulado no quadro e um boto de parafuso que
permite a inclinao da roda ajustvel.
O cubo do rolamento feito em um torno.

Great build, I will definitely use this for inspiration, I wonder about the wheels. Is
it spare parts for a belt sander or just standard wheels for a cart or similar?

Very nicely build. My only question is, why didn't you go for a much wider belt
setup? The motor could easily drive a lot wide belt and that would make the
belts last longer as well, more area to use. But nice build anyway. Thumbs Up!

Hi gm280,
I chose this setup because I use the same belt of another belt sander I
have but split for three (4x36 belt).

This machine it's made for fine work.

Hi! Would You advice, how You split the belt? If You use knife blade, do
You start inside the belt or do You use a cutting jig etc?

Hi, for split the belt, it's enough Just a small cut, about 4 cm,
then just pull it.
The fiber in the belt will guide the cut.

Great presentation, I do not have the lathe or a folder in my back shed but it has
stirred some imaganative thoughs as to how I could do something like this with
the tools that I have.

The video clip was awesome, I wonder what software did you use for this?
