influence of DWCV apostolate to the respondents.

This study made use of the descriptive correlation research design. Descriptive studies

significance of the method lies in the possibility of investigating the status or condition at any
given time and repeating the survey at a later date, thus providing descriptions or cross sections

at different periods of time in order that comparison may be made, the direction predicted the

outcome. (Carter and Scates, 1992).

The population of the study is composed of two hundred thirty four ( 234) ABM, GAS,

HE, ICT, and STEM students of the Senior High School of the divine word College of Vigan

Pioneer Class of the Senior High School.

Based on the finding of the finding of this study, the following recommendation are

suggested by the researchers:(1)Parents and those who take their place, have both the obligation

and the right to educate their children. Catholic parents have also the duty and the right to choose
those means and institutes which, in their local circumstances can best promote the catholic

education of their children. (2)Table 2c found in chapter 4 of this dissertation shows a great

positive approach about service program. It is recommended that the institution should continue

in having community members, like the staff, to lead worship and model Christian life and values

so that the influence of the DWCV apostolate would maintain its great extent.(3)That the DWCV

apostolate emphasize to give the best context for students to engage in worship and Christian

action. In the same manner, to empower the young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in

our millennial world today; to draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission,

and work of the Catholic faith community; to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of

each young person; and to have as much fun as humanly possible.
