Los Angeles based chef finishes in 8th place after competing against 40 chefs from around the
country.
Los Angeles, CA, November 20, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Spectators and chefs crowed around celebrity Chef
Ryan Rondeno's station as he competed against some of the best chefs in the country at the 2017 World
Food Championship competition. The Louisiana born, French creole trained, Chef was holding court as
he competed on the highest level without a sous chef or any assistance. Rondeno finished in 8th place
after competing in two rounds, against 40 chefs, in the Chef Category.
Ryan Rondeno won each food sport event that he has competed in this year. In February, he won the
grand prize on the Taste of Travel stage at the 2017 Travel + Adventure Show. The competition was
held on February 19th at the Los Angeles Convention Center. His winnings included a Professional Grill
by Bull Outdoor, a CFC Chef Coat, and a set of Gunter Wilhem Knives. On November 3rd of this year,
Chef Rondeno won his 2nd Culinary Fight Club of the year. He was triumph over 4 other chefs and won a
golden ticket to the 2018 World Food Championship competition.
Winning both Los Angeles based food competitions solidifies Ryan Rondeno as one of the top chefs in
L.A. His success at the 2017 World Food Championship was further confirmation to the culinary industry
that Ryan Rondeno is one the best chefs in the country.
