Since 1977, real estate developer David Bossy has used his growing experience to take the commercial

Bossy is currently working with two investors from Switzerland and Israel to renovate and repurpose a
24-story building. The building was recently sold for approximately $87 million by Macerich Co. David
Bossy and the buyers are planning on turning the building into new retail and upgraded office space.
Little is known about the Switzerland investor, but the Israel investor has been identified as the Schapira
family, based in Tel-Aviv, whose real-estate assets range from Prague through Germany. Bossy's
expertise and long track record, in the Chicago area has open the door to such high valued projects.

In 1997, the Chicago Sun-Times named Bossy their "Retail Broker of the Year." In the 20 years since that
time, he has continued to strive toward excellence in the retail and commercial real estate markets. Not
only does this give companies commercial and retail space in which to locate and develop their
businesses, but it adds to the value for those who are trying to build portfolios in the commercial real
estate sector. It's a win-win for the Chicago area.

Bossy is the co-founder of Mid-America Development Partners and Mid-America Real Estate
Corporation, both created in 2001. As the leading pioneer in the concept of tenant brokerage in the retail
field, and with clients that include well over 100 national and regional chains, Bossy has developed a
special brand of commercialism that will prove useful moving forward. As he continues to develop his
tenant brokerage concept, he will help greater numbers of companies own buildings and greater numbers

There are a number of current plans on which Bossy is focused. He has personally been involved in
leasing and planning retail centers that total more than 35 million square feet to date. Additionally, he has
assisted several prominent national retailers in executing expansion plans within the greater Chicago area

There are currently several other projects in the works or in talks for property deals involving daycares,
