Current Profile:

• Maintaining a team of trainers and help them in developing training modules,


preparation of training calendars, Analysis of AOIs across the processes and individuals,
creating customized modules for month on month Training.
• Preparing and presenting weekly, Monthly review decks with the performance report,
forecasts and current imperatives
• Closely work with the other functions and receive inputs based on quality, Work
force, operations/ stack report and prepare training plan.
