Administration skills
I have excellent administrative skills and extensive IT experience including word
processing, using Windows and Microsoft Office, file transfer protocol (ftp) and remote
access. I’m also familiar with most other widely-used office software.

I have a good telephone manner and experience in managing busy diaries and making
travel arrangements. My audio typing and copy typing are quick (82 words per minute)
and accurate. I am also fluent in French.

This year I passed RSA Text Processing Level 2 with distinction.
