I, V.Vedachalam, son of late K. Varadharaja Mudaliar Hindu, aged about
67 years and residing at No.2/3, Rajammal Street, Lakshmipuram, Shenoy
Nagar, Chennai-600030 do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as
follows:

© c I am the 1st Petitioner herein and one of the executors of the Will and
as such I am well acquainted with the facts of the above case. I
submit that the Petitioners 2 & 3 are my brothers, the 4th Petitioner
is my son and the Petitioners 5 & 6 are my nephews and as such I
crave leave of this Honourable Court to file this affidavit on their
behalf also.c

c I submit that the Petitioners 1 to 3 herein are the executors and the
Petitioners 4 to 6 are the beneficiaries named under the Will of the
deceased. I have truly set forth in the Annexure ¶A· to the form of
valuation of the estate of which the above named deceased did
possess of or to which they were entitled to at the time of their death
and which had come or likely to come to the hands of the Petitioners
herein.c

3.c I further submit that I have also truly set forth in the Annexure ¶B·
all the items of which the Petitioners are by law allowed to deduct.

4.c I further declare that the said Estate is of the value as on date of this
Petition is under the value of Rs.4000000/-. The Petitioners 1 to 3
are entitled to administer the Estate of Late K.Varadharaja Mudaliar
and Late Rajeswari Ammal as executors under the Will of the above
named deceased.

5.c I further submit that what is stated in the Form of Valuation is true
to the best of my information and belief.

1. I submit that I am an Advocate, having office at««««««.and

practicing law for the last 48 years. My enrollment number is 46 of 1962.
Late K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and Late Rajeswari Ammal were my clients
and I had known them as such.

2. I state that I had drafted the Will dated 12.09.1988 executed by late
K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and late Rajeswari Ammal as per their
instructions and intentions. I state that at their request the said Will was
registered as Document No.46 of 1988 before the SRO, Periamet, Chennai.
The said late K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and late Rajeswari Ammal came to
the Registrar Office at Periamet personally and subscribed their signature
in the Will and also in the Book maintained by the Registrar Office.

3. I submit that I was present along with the witnesses Kannan and
Balasubramnian on 12.09.2009 at the Registrar Office who had subscribed
their signatures at the request of the deceased and I then and there saw
that the deceased and the aforesaid witnesses set and subscribed their
names at the foot of the Testamentary Paper in Tamil language and
character hereunto annexed and marked with the letter ¶A· and declare and
publish the same as and for their last Will and Testament, at SRO,
Periamet.

4. That my name is appearing on the last page of the Testamentary paper

as the one who had duly drafted the Will. The names and signature
subscribed at the foot of the Testamentary paper as of the parties
executing the same is in the proper handwriting of the said deceased late
K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and late Rajeswari Ammal respectively.

5. That at the time of the said deceased so subscribed their names and
signatures on the said Will as aforesaid, they were of sound and disputing
state of mind, memory and understanding and to the best of my belief,
made and published the same of their free will and pleasure.

1.c I submit that I a resident of Chennai for the past several years and
presently residing at the address aforementioned. I submit that I
was a tenant under Late K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and Late Rajeswari
Ammal for the premises bearing 2/3, Rajammal Street, Shenoy
Nagar, Chennai-600030 during the period from 1985 to 2009 and I
had known them and their family members as such.

2.c I state that I had a good cordial relationship with Late

K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and Late Rajeswari Ammal and knew them
well for well over a period of 25 years. As such, I could identify the
signatures of Late K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and Late Rajeswari
Ammal.

3.c I state that from the Will dated 12.09.1988 registered as Document
No.46 of 1988 in Book 3 before the Sub-Registrar Office, Periamet,
Chennai, I could identify and affirm the names and signatures
subscribed at the foot of the same, as of the parties executing the
same, are in the proper handwriting of the said deceased late
K.Varadharaja Mudaliar and late Rajeswari Ammal respectively.
