AFFIDAVIT OF GUARDIANSHIP

I, LIBRADA E. ORTOJAN, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a

resident of 03321 Borromeo St., Surigao City, after being duly sworn by law,
hereby depose and say:

That I am the guardian of LORIE JIE S. EDERIO and as such I have

acted and continue to act as her own parent and guardian ever since and until
today at her age of 21;

That as her guardian, I hereby give my parental advise and consent to her
proposed marriage to MR. GLENARD F. RIVAS, also of legal age, single, Filipino
and a resident of Claver, Surigao del Norte whom I personally know and heartily
accept to be wedded to Lorie Jie S. Ederio;

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and to

prove my guardianship of LORIE JIE S. EDERIO who is now engaged to be
married to MR. GLENARD F. RIVAS as required by law and that I likewise, state
for the record that I have no objection whatsoever but instead, personally
welcome their proposed marriage and wish them all the luck and happiness in
the world.
