Request Transfer to ERO/Nuzvid Requested Regarding.

I, G.Venu Gopala Rao, working as AAO/ERO/Mydukur in Kadapa Circle with

effect from 03.06.2013 FN submit the following few lines for your kind consideration of
my request transfer to ERO/Nuzvid and favourable orders please.
I am a native of Polisettipadu village in A.Kondur mandal of Krishna district. I
was promoted as AAO and posted to ERO, Proddatur in 12/2008 from Vijyawada circle .
Since my promotion as AAO, I have been working in Circles other than my parent Circle
for last seven and half years and received following awards and appreciations during the
above period.
I received the Best AAO Awards for three Times 2010 ,2011, and 2015 from
Honable District Collectors and one time from the Superintending Engineer
/Kadapa in 2017.
I received appreciation from the Chairman and the Managing Director/APSPDCL
for collecting the old arrears vide Memo.No.CGM/
(Fin)/GM//AAO/LT/D.NO.493/12 dt 05.05.2012 which was circulated to all
AAOs in the company.
Further, I submit that I am only the son to my old parents residing at my native
place and it is difficult to look after them from 500 KM distance. In view of the above
reasons, I may please be transferred to ERO/Nuzvid which are nearer to my native place,
for which of kindness, I shall be ever grateful to you Sir.
