The first thing is that when this lady book she book the wrong roonm in female and they are couple. They
arrive at 5:30 am and ask my staff that can they check in ? My staff ask for the booking and when he see the
booking it's wrong. My staff told them that they make wrong booking but he will adjust that but they have to
pay 10 baht extra because mix room is 160 baht and female room is 150 baht. Then my staff told them that
we are fully book from last night so they can check in at this. Then she say that we are very tired and want
rest, my staff told them that they can take some rest in the lobby for 1 hr. But they have to leave the lobby at
7 am because we have to clean the lobby and prepare breakfast for the guest then guest came down around
8am for breakfast till 10 am. That she not say anything, they use toilet and my staff give them WiFi password
and also drinking water. When it's 7 am and my staff told them that they have to leave now and come back at
10 am when breakfast finish she start arguing with my staff that what'd wrong if we stay in the lobby my staff
try to handle the situation but when he cannot he called me. I have an accident 1 week before and I am on
bed rest but still I manage to call the taxi and go to hostel. When I reach the hostel and I see her how is she
sitting on the sofa with legs up and shouting with staff I am shocked. Some of my guest already wake up
because she is shouting to much and it's a small hostel so they can hear her voice on the 2nd floor. Firstly I try
to explain her that this is our hostel which mention on a Web site and also on the hostel reception but she not
want to understand and keep shouting that she already pay the money so they can stay in the lobby. Then I
told her that we will refund your money 150+160= 310 baht for rent 200 baht deposit, total 510 baht but
please you leave the hostel because I not want that you stay at my property but she keep on shouting, so at
last I call the tourist police because Thai local police not understand English and it's difficult for them to
explain her, if I want I can call the local police but I want to solve the problem and I want she can understand
also. When tourist police arrived I explain them everything and after she tell her everything. Then tourist
police ask me can you refund the money I say yes I am ready to give 510 baht and also I give 100 baht more
for the taxi so they can go some other place but she refuse in front of tourist police that she not take 610
baht she want 2000 baht. Tourist police also shocked and they understand that she wants to blackmail me.
Then tourist police ask us go to the local police because they cannot solve the problem over there. Then this
couple go with the tourist police and I called one of my friend that she can take me to the police station
because she stay near my hostel and she have car because it's difficult for me to walk with injured leg and
holding stick. When we reached the police station tourist police leave us because now we are handed over to
local police. In the police station she also start making movie of police and shouting on them so get angry.
Police told them that their is no crim so they cannot do anything and also hostel owner wants to refund your
money so what's the problem. But she not want only 610 baht then police say OK you write the complain and
they will stamp it after they can go to the lawyer or their Embassy and make case against hostel. After that
they make 2 seprate complaints ( boy&girl ) in which girl ask for 420000 baht and boy ask almost 500000 baht
when police show me the complaints so I can sign that I refuse to do that because that's insane and stupidity.
Then police told her that they can force the hostel owner to sign it but police make a stamp on the paper and
tell them that they can go to lawyer or Embassy.
At 12 pm we leave the police station. After wasting 3 to 4 hrs. With my injured leg and walking with stick I
come back my room.
I am running 3 hostels in Bangkok from last 3 years with thousands of guests and likes on our hostels pages do
you think I am stupid that I waste my 4 hrs. With my injured leg to save only 510 baht ? After that also I not
want to involve in that when she post first time on her fb page and she and her friends start giving bad review
on FB and Google for hostel to damage the reputation of my hostel. I leave everything on God but day before
yesterday somebody called me from Taiwan and told me that he is from news channel and some lady report
bad about you and they want to ask what's my point so I tell them each and everything and also I send them
all the evidence on her email but I am surprised that news channel take her side show my negative face to
Taiwanese. I feel ashamed on my self. After that I go on her Facebook page and post the details and also the
evidence. She deleted all my comments and also she block me from her other fb page.
But I am very happy to see that how Taiwanese people support me.
