RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
Give a brief description of the technology/resource.

Piazza is an online classroom where students can interact with one another. Teachers can set up online classes where students
can ask each other questions or start discussions about classroom topics. The teacher may moderate and facilitate discussion on
the site, as well as respond. Piazza is mainly a resource for students to get help from classmates and teachers in their class.

INTEGRATION IDEA - COLLABORATION


How might you integrate this resource in a lesson plan to promote collaboration among students in your classroom, or among
students and others outside of the classroom?

In class, this would be a great resource for students who get stuck on a homework question. I could require students to ask
questions on homework and respond to questions also. Piazza allows students to ask and answer each others questions which
can definitely help understanding on both sides.

I would rate this website a 2. It allows students to ask questions to enhance their learning and to answer questions, which often
helps improve mastery. Also, this website is used by students directly and is mainly a place for them to communicate with each
other.
