teaching strategies. 2. Give the children a chance to observe
How will you use them?
3. Invite children to participate
Why have you chosen
these strategies? 4. Help the children understand the components of the
leaves and the animals by describing them.

Teaching Strategies:

- Sensory Engagement: This teaching strategy would be

used by the children being able to have real leaves from
outside to play with and investigate.
- Telling, Explaining, informing: By telling the children
appropriate information about each prop they pick up,
they will start to gain knowledge of the relationship
between things like sound and animal, and also how
things feel like the leaves.

I chose these teaching strategies because it will start to help the

children to form relationships between their senses and the
objects as well as inform the children about the props as they
participate which will help them gain more clarification and
improve their play experience.
