E G S M U Comments
-I have choosen Algrayen KIndergaten
which is located in Shajah. The grade I
tought was KG2, I choose this class
because I noticed that studnets in this
grade are working well so I decided to
benefit from the teachers experience
with this grade.
-I have done lots of things to show my
professional work such as, being on tims ,
preparing the lessons well, working with
the teachers and collaborating with the
admenstration to delvier good teaching
practices.Moreiver I had the chance to sit
with other teachers to benefit from their
experiences and develop my teaching
skills and practices.With regard to peer
observations I attended her class while
she was teaching to help me improve my
teaching practices.Also peer observation
helped me to find out certin weeknesses
that a teacher showed get red of while
teaching.
-While teaching in this school, I had the
chance to collaborate with the staff
during the pajama day. We prepared
aftivities for children and brought some
food to encourage those children. The
staff appretiated coopration and became
more willing to do more activities with
me in the future.
-Infact I have faced few difficulties while
planning 7 diffentiated lesson plans.Some
of these difficulties were related to
extending the activities for high level
students and the time wasent enough to
apply all the planned activities.
-For assessing objectives and outcomes
of the lessons I had prepared a paper
that included follow up remarks of
students performance. For example I
wrote notices next to each students
performance.

-To make sure that the task are clear for
the studenst, I prepared an example for
each activity to help students understand
the task well. Also, I selected some
students for each activity to come in
front of the class and practice doing the
preprepared tasks.
-In order to keep studenst engaged in the
lesson activities, I prepared some
attractive activities that are related to
the lsoon. In addition to that I reinforce
students who managed to perform the
task correctly and fast .Moreover, I tried
to suppored studenst who werent able
to do tha activities by giving them more
examples and prasing their progress.
-In oreder to increase studentes
independence and responsibilities I
grouped students in to 4 groups. In each
group, there were roles for each
studentes such as a leader and presenter
for the activites.I aimed by doing this to
increase students trust of themselves.
-I used some stratyges to observe
stiudents progress like by cheking there
performance and giving feed back for
each activity. For individual work, I kept
observing students who have learning
difficulties in order to measure their
progress.
-For formative assessment insturments I
used check list and photops and
individual prot-folio folders to keep work
that showed how the learners are
progressing to assesss students learning.
The check list had students names and
comments and levels of performance
such as excellent, very good , satisfying.
-There were a range of different teaching
stratigies that I used in my classroom
some of these activities are teacher lead
stratigies such a guided readin , guided
writing , guided discovery and vidual
stimuli.For student learning stratigies
that I implemented in my classroom ,
peer practice, collaborative learning,
games and role play and learning centers
were some of the main activie stratigies
that achieved great success in teaching
those children.
-With regard to the influence of the
school admentration, the principle and
vise principle provided a good support
for me to deliver good teaching
practices.They set a suitable time table
for me and organized all the school
activities that I needed to do my job.
 -As a student teacher in this kindergarten
I was able to implement the key
principles of teaching by helping students
develop their levels, encouraging them to
learn and increasing their confidence as
well.

-Regarding the strengths of my teaching

duriung this Tp , I belive that classroom
management, planning and student
engagement were the most efficient and
strong points of my teaching. Next
semeseter I think I need to improve more
diffirintiated activities for high level
students and activities for low achievers.
