In-school formative assessment PL - 2 sessions for 2hrs and additional reading.
Session 1: Whole staff training on various types of F.A, the benefits for students, ways and when to use in the
classroom.
Session 2: Post-F.A implementation analysis - staff brought various examples of F.A to the PL and they were analysed
(was it successful, did it capture the learning, how could you it improve it). What feedback did you give to students?
Was it timely? Did it improve their outcomes?
Reading and consultation: referenced the AITSL Readiness Check in meetings with Exec to determine where the
school is on the continuum and what future steps and planning are required to become ready for whole-school
