G. Completion Steps
First Treatment: Re-measure client in targeted areas
Abdomen: Using the BEFORE marking take measurements, in INCHES, at the
naval, one inch above the naval and one inch below the naval center.
Record these measurements in the Client Log book. Calculate the
difference in the measurements.

5. Session 1: Details And Electrode Positions
Quick Overview
Step 1: Place 2 belts in treatment area. If treating Abs, make sure Naval is in
the center of the 2 belts.
Step 2: Put gel on the black pads called electrodes.
Step 3: Classic Vector Stimulation
5
Session 1 Bio-electrical Stimulation :
Classic Vector Details
Classic Vector Bioelectrical stimulation (level 1- A Preparation).
Time: 30 min
Max Intensity: 100mAmp
This modality is very comfortable stimulation that gives a torsional
movement to the muscles. Correct positioning of the electrodes is essential
for optimal results. Refer to Appendix A for learning about Muscle structures
and positions to be able to identify the muscle belly and place the
electrodes. The body needs to adjust to the new sensation and treatments,
hence increase the intensity at a slow pace, taking feedback from Client
continuously.
Application:
Put the belts tightly 2 inch above and 2 inch below the naval center. This
will help to place and hold the electrodes securely in correct position.
Apply Seaweed Gel on the Carbon electrodes. Make sure it is applied
liberally, all over the electrodes. CAUTION: Lack of conductive gel gives
uncomfortable, itching or painful feeling and may cause skin irritation or
burn.
User Classic Vector Chart and place electrodes in a CROSS pattern on
the abdomen
Select Output 1 -> Classic Vector from the device.
Select START, to start the treatment on Output 1
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the intensity. NOTE: Increase
intensity in small steps and get constant feedback from the client for
his/her comfort level. First time increment could go up to 55mAmp. The
more the Client can take, the better results they will get.
Repeat above steps for Output 2 and Output 3.
Leave the stimulation for 10 min and then increase the intensity further, if
Client is comfortable.
NOTE: Make sure to continuously take Client feedback on the comfort
level. CAUTION: If the client seems to be uncomfortable, turn the
intensity down. If the client feels pinching or painful feeling on one or
two of the electrodes area, it's probably because of lack of conductive
gel. Turn all intensity down to 0; remove all the electrodes from that
6
output. Reapply conductive gel liberally. Place them back in the
correct position. Turn the intensity back up until Client is comfortable.
3 beeping sounds can be heard, per output, when the treatment time is
over. Remove the belt and electrodes from the treatment area.
CAUTION: It is important that each output is turned off before removing
the belt. Otherwise it will cause uncomfortable feeling. To be sure, press
STOP ALL before removing the belt.
Results:
Helps to break the fat cells from the muscles and initiate inch loss. This is really
great program for Cellulite reduction. It helps prepare the body for next
levels. It brings inch loss. Lot of blood circulation brings Lymphatic drainage
as well.

6. Session 2, Session 3 And Session 4
Quick Overview
Step 1: Place 2 belts in treatment area. If treating Abs, make sure Naval is in
the center of the 2 belts.
Step 2: Put gel on the black pads called electrodes.
Step 3: POWER SEQUENCE
9
Session 2,3,4 : Power Sequence Details
Power Sequence Bioelectrical stimulation (level 2).
Time: 30 min
Max Intensity: 100mAmp
This is a very powerful modality that brings strong contraction and relaxation
to the muscles in a very controlled way. The frequency in this mode is
modulated such that it prevents immunization of the muscle caused by
rhythmic contraction-relaxation, reaching deeper into the muscle tissue
with each contraction until their maximum capacity is reached for a given
treatment phase. The movement is visible and the muscle hold is strongly felt
during the stimulation but does not hurt. It gets kick started after 3mins, so
keep the intensity upto comfortable levels.
Application:
Put the belts tightly 2 inch above and 2 inch below the naval center. This
will help to place and hold the electrodes securely in correct position.
Apply Seaweed Gel on the Carbon electrodes. Make sure it is applied
liberally, all over the electrodes. CAUTION: Lack of conductive gel gives
uncomfortable, itching or painful feeling and may even cause skin
irritation or burn.
User Power Sequence Chart and place electrodes as shown.
Select Output 1 -> Power Sequence from the device.
Select START, to start the treatment on Output 1
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the intensity. NOTE: Increase
intensity in small steps and get constant feedback from the client for
his/her comfort level. The waveform is programmed to feel stronger
after 3 mins. Hence make sure that the intensity is well within comfort
level for the client during that time. However, you do want to push the
limits up to maximum tolerance level to get good results.
Repeat above steps for Output 2 and Output 3.
Leave the stimulation for 10 min and then increase the intensity further, if
Client is comfortable. Note down the maximum intensity reached for
the session in the client log. NOTE: You would like to get maximum
intensity a little higher than the previous session. This pushes new limits of
the muscle tolerance.
NOTE: Make sure to continuously take Client feedback on the comfort
level. CAUTION: If the client seems to be uncomfortable, turn the
10
intensity down. If the client feels pinching or painful feeling on one or
two of the electrodes area, it's probably because of lack of conductive
gel. Turn all intensity down to 0; remove all the electrodes from that
output. Reapply conductive gel liberally. Place them back in the
correct position. Turn the intensity back up until Client is comfortable.
3 beeping sounds will be heard, per output, when the treatment time is
over.
Remove the belt and electrodes from the treatment area. CAUTION: It is
important that each output is turned off before removing the belt.
Otherwise it will cause uncomfortable feeling. To be sure, press STOP
ALL before removing the belt
Results:
This is the program that gets Toning, Firming and Muscle denition. It is
powerful work out that builds muscle bers. Body Contouring (apparent
Inch loss), Increased muscle strength and endurance are some of the key
benets of this program.

7. Session 5 And Session 6
Quick Overview
Step 1: Place 2 belts in treatment area. If treating Abs, make sure Naval is in
the center of the 2 belts.
Step 2: Put gel on the black pads called electrodes.
Step 3: DYNAMIC ROTATION
13
Sessions 5 And 6: Dynamic Rotation Details
Dynamic Rotation Bioelectrical stimulation (level 2).
Time: 30 min
Max Intensity: 100mAmp
This mode is unique and patented method of delivering stimulation effect to
the muscles. The frequency switches between 2 electrodes horizontally and
vertically. The effect of stimulation movement between the electrodes
induces lymphatic drainage, releasing the trapped fatty deposits while
increasing metabolism.
Use Dynamic Rotation Chart and place electrodes as shown.
Select Output 1 -> Dynamic Rotation from the device.
Select START, to start the treatment on Output 1
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the intensity. NOTE: Increase
intensity in small steps and get constant feedback from the client for
his/her comfort level. First time increment could go up to 65mAmp, but
DO NOT increase more than 80 for the rst session. However, you do
want to push the limits up to maximum tolerance level to get good
results.
Repeat above steps for Output 2 and Output 3.
Leave the stimulation for 10 min and then increase the intensity further, if
Client is comfortable. The muscle gets used to the sensation and to push
the tolerance and strength of the muscles around the abdominal wall,
intensity needs to be increased from time to time.
NOTE: Make sure to continuously take Client feedback on the comfort
level. CAUTION: If the client seems to be uncomfortable, turn the
intensity down. If the client feels pinching or painful feeling on one or
two of the electrodes area, it's probably because of lack of conductive
gel. Turn all intensity down to 0; remove all the electrodes from that
output. Reapply conductive gel liberally. Place them back in the
14
correct position.
STOP ALL before removing the belt The timer will automatically start
and beep loudly for each of the output when the treatment time is over.
Remove the belt and electrodes from the treatment area. CAUTION: It is
important that each output is turned off before removing the belt.
Otherwise it will cause uncomfortable feeling. To be sure, press STOP
ALL before removing the belt.
Results:
Making these muscles contract in a particular sequence ensures that the
entire abdominal wall is stimulated, resulting in a tightening of the
abdominal tissues. This can contribute to a signicant change in the shape
of the waist area (apparent inch loss). Specially shows visible results on a
conditioned muscle group.

Appendix A
1. Positioning Electrodes for Optimal Stimulation
Whenever electrical stimulation is used to produce a strong but
comfortable muscle contraction, correct positioning of the electrodes is
essential for optimal results. The following section provides directions and
helpful hints in this regard.
26
the abdomen, whereas the bers of the Oblique muscle run diagonally from
the lower ribs on one side to the pelvic crest on the other.
Two pairs of electrodes are placed on each side of the abdominal wall.
One pair follows the direction of each half (left and right) of the Rectus
Abdominus. The other two pairs are placed on the outside of each pair of
electrodes on the Rectus Abdominus muscles. It is important to ensure that
these electrodes are not touching each other and are not too close
together. Each pair of electrodes will be activated in the selected
stimulation of the various muscles, which forms the abdominal wall. In most
cases, the client will be sitting on the treatment table, slightly backward
from the upright position. They should be well supported with pillows under
the knees.
Triceps muscles
Two electrodes are placed on either end of the muscle, the lower one
located just above the tip of the Elbow joint. The upper electrode is located
in the mid-line, just below the back of the Deltoid muscle. During
stimulation, the forearm will extend away from the body if the client is
seated with his or her upper limb resting on a table. The client will need to
bend their elbow into a exed position following each electrically induced
contraction.
28
1.6 Back Extensor Muscles
These muscles attach on either side of the Spine and run in segments from
the Pelvis to the Skull. The lower (Lumbar) part of the muscles are the most
commonly stimulated muscles in the group.
Two pairs of electrodes are placed along either side of the mid-line of the
Lumbar region. The lower electrodes are located just above the Sacrum,
while the upper electrodes are placed at the level of the lower ribs. The
client should be comfortably positioned in prone (facing the oor) lying.
