The Terms andi Conditions of your appointment shall be as follows: 1. You will be paid a Basic Salary of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Fight Thousand only) per month; 2. You will be paid a House Rent Allowance of Rs. 2,400/- (Rupees Two Thousand Four Hundred only) per month; 3. You will be paid a Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) per month; 4. You will be paid a Special Allowance of Rs. 12,420/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Twenty only) per month; In addition to the above you shall be eligible for PF, LTA, Medical, Exgratia, Gratuity and Leaves as per the Rules of the Company. Other Terms and Conditions of your appointment are given in the enclosed Annexure. Should the above Terms and Conditions be acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate copies of this letter and the Annexure and return the same to us as a token of your acceptance. You will be posted at our Head Office. offices, factories, other construction appropriate by the management. During the probationary period, including any extension thereof, your services can be terminated without assigning any reason by giving 30 (Thirty) days notice in lieu thereof by either side 3. After confirmation, your appointment will be subject to 90 (ninety) days notice of termination or, at the Company's option, payment of consolidated salary (for the period of shortfall, if any, in the notice period), in lieu thereof by either side. Any leave or absence during the notice period shall be taken as shortfall in the notice period. No earned leave will accrue during the notice period. However, in the unlikely event of any dishonesty, disobedience, insubordination, incivility, intemperance, irregularity in attendance or any other misconduct, neglect or upon loss of confidence in you or incompetence in the discharge of duties, or any breach of the above terms by you, your services can be terminated forthwith without giving any notice or salary in lieu of notice, The decision of the Company shall be final in the matter. 4. You will be governed by the Company's Rules & Regulations, which are in force, or as amended from time to time. During the period of your service with the Company, you will not take up any other assignment or take up any other business or agency even on part time basis without the written permission of the Company. 6. You shall not divulge any information concerning the Company or its activities and shall treat as confidential all processes, activities, figures or any other information that may become known to you in the course of your duties. During the course of your employment with the Company, and for a minimum period of three (3) years after leaving the services of the Company, you will not have any relations with any of our competitors nor indulge in any competitive activity of whatever nature without the written consent of the Company. 7. You shall not take directly or indirectly any presents, commission, loan/advance or any kind of gratification in cash or kind from any person, party or firm having dealing with the Company and if you are offered any, you should immediately report the same to the management of the Company in writing and the same should be handed over to the Company at once. iat 03 [2402 ‘AN ISO 6001 COMPANY 8. You will keep the Company informed of any change in your residential address and civil status. 9. You hereby agree to keep the Company indemnified if the company becomes liable for any actions or omissions done by you with malafide intentions during the course of your employment with the Company. 10. Your appointment is subject to your being medically fit and you're continuing to be medically fit. The Company reserves the right to have you medically examined by a medical practitioner of its choice at any time during the continuity of your employment with the Company. LL. Your salary, allowances and perquisites are strictly confidential and should not be disclosed or discussed with any person other than your superior. 12. You will be responsible for safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of all Company property such as Company files and documents, intellectual property, tools, equipment, calculators, instruments, books, floppies, CDs, identity card and any other properties of the Company which may be in your custody, use, care or charge. In the event of your failure to do so, Company will have the right to deduct the money value of all such items from your dues or take such action as it deems proper. 13. The retirement age in the Company is 58 (fifty-eight) years. The date of your birth as given in your application and admitted by the Company is 6" June, 1988. Other terms and conditions of your appointment will be based on the staff rules in force and modified from time to time.
