INTRODUCTION
Among all endocrinal diseases, diabetes is the most commonly encoun-
tered and many people are hit whichever their social background. The main
character-istic of the disease is a chronic syndrome related to a failure in
carbohydrates metabolism that brings about a high level glycaemia.
