In 2010 several federations and IRU started a common

letter to the EC-Commission demanding the
abolishment of the italian law successfully.

Actually several contatstable elements do still exist

the compulsory establishing of a settlement in Italy,
the appontment of a Technical Responsable with
appropriate final degree (University)
acceptance test by a provided, in Italy permitted,
technical consultant

All the metioned points are only intermitted.

SISTRI

The duty to register in the system SISTRI

(sistema per il controllo della tracciabilit
dei rifiuti) concernes the transport of
dangerous waste only.

Besides a formal registration the trucks

have to be equipped with a GPS-supported
Telematic System (Blackbox) ans a
specific USB-Stick in a admitted italien
garage.

The annual charge depends on the amount

transported.
