PREFACE

The praise of My God, who has given His mercy and guidance to me so that I can
complete the critical task of journal reviews from this section which I form to fulfill the
task of the subject " ANALYSIS OF BALANCE CONSIDERATION WITH LEGAL I NEWTON
". Hopefully, my efforts are recorded as good deeds that will be useful to me especially,
and to all students in general. In this paper I will explain some important pieces of
journals that may be familiar to us all.
I would like to thank all those who have helped sincerely until the completion of
this task, especially for Drs. Joni Haratua Pangabean, M.Si . Finally, I hope that this simple
task that can benefit all of us.

Summary
The central force is the force acting on a particle that always leads to a point called
the center (origin) of the force. Thus the action of the central force on the particles spaced
r from the center of force can be expressed as

Central forces include a position-dependent and conservative style, so as a

conservative style the central force can be expressed as follows.

Where 1 and 2 are the mass of two bodies in the universe, is the distance between
the two, is the gravitational constant, and is the attraction force working between 1
and 2. We want to calculate the tensile strength of the action between the super massive
region such as black holes and light particles. applied to

CHAPTER I
PRELIMINARY

British physicist Isaac Newton proposed Universal Gravitation law in 1687, stating
that any particle present in the Universe gives power to any other particle along the line
joining the center of the mass of the particle. the magnitude of the power is directly
proportional to the result of two particles and inversely proportional to the square
spacing between the two, which is described in the Observation of the Planet movement
made by German astronomer Kepler (1571-1630). And it is very helpful to some opinions
and experiences about a world already discussed about 250 years ago. However,
as for the lack of explanation this point is when explaining the Mercury Orbit that
surrounds the sun opposite of other planets. This destroys the very strong formulas of
gravitational forces among Scientists and involves mass transfer at speeds near the light
In 1915, Albert Einstein showed a better theory of gravity based on the general
theory of relativity, and had overcome the limitations of Newton's law of universal
gravity. In 1997, Lerner addressed the problem of deflection Light in media with varying
refractive index applied.
Light motion in Schwarzschild's weak gravitational field. In 1999-2000, Mario
presented a theory that introduced an unknown new relationship that might shed new
light on the nature of matter. This theory allows the calculation of the gravitational
constant () with precision equal to the atomic constant and provides a direct connection
between the mass and the charge of electrons "classical electron radius", and produces a
constant time
In 2013, Ng and Raymond Ooi analyzed the power of gravity with the beam of
Bessel beam and its effect on the Probe Strength. They found that the beam of Bessel rays
produced a force of gravity at small distances and attracted
other material forces at great distances. This power can be efficiently controlled
by media that introduces the effects of slow light through the transparency of
electromagnetic induction.
The previous relationship shows that the tensile force acts between the black hole
and the light particles and is inversely proportional to the electromagnetic wave that goes
towards Horizon from the event of the black hole. So longer electromagnetic wavelength
radiation is attracted lower than others. The situation is somewhat different for a charged
black hole.

CHAPTER III
CONCLUSION

The conclusion gained from this material is

The gravitational force acting between the black hole and the light particles is inversely
proportional to the radiation wavelength where the value of the gravitational surface is
constant.

The black hole rotates from the same mass that has more

The force of gravity rather than the can not rotate in the black hole.

Light particles (light waves) with shorter wavelengths

can draw more than just long wavelengths of Surface gravity The rotating black hole has
a rotating value * 1 which has a gravity value of 0
