Strengths of the lesson:

Great ideas for girls to act out writing.


Excellent having instruction cards for each group.
Used Think Pair Share strategy.
Instructions were very clear.
Gave each group a timer to keep up with making sure steps were
followed in a timely matter.
Activities were interesting. Each group had tangible items to use
while writing which made it engaging and fun.
Reward system was great for the activity (stickers, class dojo)
Teacher gave positive feedback to each group while walking to each
cooperative group.
Students could recall what they learned because of interest level.
Areas for development:

Students should be told to keep working until timer runs out so they
wont yell Im Finished and disturb the other groups.
End lesson with some form of assessment to check for understanding
and learning level.
