A database administration framework is (DBMS) is a product bundle with PC programs that

control the creation, support and utilization of a database.
Like many large organizations, Cadbury relies upon three types of database. They are as
follows:-

Network Database
Hierarchical Database
Relational Database

Two Examples of Reports Generated by the System

There are two notable cases of reports produced by the system used by Cadbury. They are Goals
Achievement Report and Personal Information Report.

Goals Achievement Report- This is basically a report on the worker or the employee. It
includes things like how long the employee is available for in the future and what are their
objectives going to be like. It also discusses things like how much further is the worker away
from his or her objective and talks about all the ways their productivity can be improved.

Personal Information Report- This report is more or less the general information of the
employee in question. It contains all of their basic data such as contact number, address,
foundation, emergency contact number and other things.

One example of Data mining

One case of data mining: If an employee calls in sick and says that he cannot come to work
today, then the supervisor or the manager in charge can get into the employee management
system. In the system, all the employee emergency contact numbers are given and the supervisor
can easily call up his subordinates and ask for the reason for the employees absence. This is
possible because everything is linked in a network database. And thus the organization will be
able to settle on a faster decision and can figure out what is the current condition of the worker.
