DONOR, and DANAO CITY POLICE STATION through Police Chief Inspector- Atty Gerard Ace
Pelare, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with office address at Danao City , hereinafter called the
DONEE,

That the DONOR is the owner of the personal property described as follows:

TRANSFER, and CONVEYS by way of DONATION UNTO THE DONEE free from all liens,
encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;

That the DONOR affirms that this DONATION is not made with intent to defraud his creditors
and that his sufficient funds and property reserved for himself and his obligations;

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE hereby accepts and received this DONATION made in favor of
