Goal 1:

Dealing with the bad behavior during the activities (classroom management).
Students are fully active during the activities, which lead to create bad behaviors.

Evidence (after implementation):

Recording a student who misbehaves, and capture the good behavior in a certain time.
I set a reward system for the good behavior and choose two students to be the star of
the week.
Also, I followed the praising strategy between the students.

Clarity of my instructions. Make my instructions clear to hear and easy to understand.
Avoid misconception.

Get a written feedback from my MST. The ongoing feedback from my MST show me my
strength and weakness points in order to accomplish my goal.
 Goal 3:

Enhance my English language in the classroom.

I need to practice and improve my English in the classroom.

MST report, and peer observation.
I always focus on improving my English and ask my MST about the familiar words.
