Title: Generation gap in Workplace

Generation gap means a difference of attitudes between people of different generations

A generation gap can be used to depict the difference in the beliefs, action, and taste of young

generation when we compare it with the older generations in regards to governmental issues, values and

different issues.

Different generations of workers have altogether different desires and qualities as far as autonomy,

organization responsibility, hard-working attitudes and work-life balance. Life experience helps to shape

these qualities. It is important for the organization to know that every generations provide unique and

equally valuable contributions to the organization in terms of creativity innovation and perspective.

With the generation gap in the organization it can affect psychologically and can create physical

difference regarding work for younger and older employees.

This objective of this study is to determine that how generation gap affects the organization both

positively and negatively.
