Cell Normalization

A comprehensive program

The health of our cells can become weakened from toxins, nutritional deficiencies, stress,
emotional problems, unforgiveness, negative thinking, and bio-energetic imbalances.

Specifically this can occur from the following:

An acidic environment from sugar, excessive meat, and stress (common with the
standard American diet)
A sugar/glucose rich environment from sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and a diet
high in processed carbohydrates (common with the standard American diet)
An oxygen deprived environment resulting from lack of proper breathing, exercise,
slow metabolism, and anemic conditions (common with standard American lifestyle)
Altered cells are fundamentally involved with abnormal use of protein and will rob
the body of protein to proliferate. Meat therefore becomes a banquet for altered
cells. Meat can be harder to digest than other foods and therefore will utilize more
energy and enzymes to process protein from meat sources. On the other hand,
protein from plant sources is more easily digested and also contains compounds
that promote cell health.
Unforgiveness can affect the health of the body. Issues of anger have been
associated with the health of the liver. The liver is the primary organ for cleansing
the blood.
Not consuming sufficient foods with enzymes. Uncooked foods, especially raw fruits
and vegetables have enzymes and are known as live foods. Cooked foods can be
called dead food because the enzymes have been destroyed. Enzymes are the
catalysts that make vitamins and minerals effective in the body and are the
foundation of all the metabolic processes.

Ten Steps - Cleansing and Normalizing of Cells

1. Do not consume any of the following:

sugar, brown sugar, store bought fruit juice, refined breads, caffeine, pasteurized
milk, animal fats, artificial preservatives, chemical additives (flavorings and
colorings), fried foods, canned vegetables, canned fruit, aspartame, white rice,
white potatoes, iceberg lettuce, pasta, MSG, trans-fatty acids, hydrogenated oils,
red meat, chlorinated or fluoridated water, table salt, processed cheese, soybean
products, peanuts, iron supplementation, alcohol, and tobacco or second hand
smoke.

2. Juicing (organic if you can and just juicing for the 1st week can be very beneficial):
Especially plenty of carrots and low sweet apples; but you can also add in garlic,
beets with the tops, green leaves, celery, and cabbage. Do not juice fruit as it is too
sweet and without the fiber will cause spikes in blood sugar and thus excessive
release of insulin.

3. Eat 80% raw and 20% cooked foods:

Vegetables: Asparagus, Lettuce, Beets, Onions, Broccoli, Parsley, Brussels
Sprouts, Peas, beans, Cabbage, Legumes, Carrots, Tomatoes (fresh), Cauliflower,
Summer Squash, Cucumbers, Winter Squash, Celery, Zucchini, Acorn, Eggplant,
Red Potatoes, Green peppers, Butter Squash, Greens, Radishes, Turnip, Okra,
Spinach, Parsnip, Mustard, Collards, Beets, etc.
Fruit: Grapefruit, Avocado, Mango, Orange, Nectarine, Peach, Pineapple, Papaya,
Apricot, grapes, etc.
Nuts and seeds: Almonds, Brazil, Cashews, Filberts, Walnuts, Pecans, Pumpkin
seeds, Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds (Nuts can be a high stress protein, so none
at first and in moderation after significant improvement.)
Oils: Coconut, Avocado, Sesame, Flaxseed, Almond, Safflower, Sesame oil, Butter,
Cold pressed olive oil
Grains (in moderation): Barley, Wheat, Millet, Brown rice, Oats, Buckwheat,
Soybeans, Corn (many people are allergic to wheat, oats, and corn and you should
check for that)
Other: Legumes, Beans, Lentils, Oatmeal, Eggs-poached, Whey protein, Cottage
Cheese, Raw goat or Raw cow milk, Yogurt (can sweeten with Stevia or a little
black strap molasses or minced raw fruit), occasional broiled fish that has fins and
scales or baked chicken (perhaps once a week after significant improvement).

Some have questions about getting enough protein. It doesnt take as much as
most people think to get sufficient protein. Most important is consuming low stress
protein as compared to high stress protein, which is protein that is easy to digest -
doesnt take more energy to digest than it provides.

Low stress proteins (easy to digest, short digestion time, promote health, return
more energy and nutrients than they take) are: Whey protein, Beans (particularly
when sprouted - they have more carbs when boiled), Beet leaf, Chlorella and other
sea algae, Conch, Cottage Cheese, Raw milk, Dulse, Eggs-poached, Feta Cheese
made from sheep or goat milk, Geletain, Miso, Raw Nuts (not peanuts) are a

medium stress protein that is improved when they have been soaked in water and
blended more into liquid form -so use sparingly, Ocean fish (Cod, Sole, Flounder
(not from Boston Harbor), Grouper, Haddock, Halibut, Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Red
Snapper, Pacific Salmon (just have to be careful of the mercury in fish - so deep
clean waters is the preferred source), Raw potato juice (not Russet bakers) (remove
eyes and green spots) Raw goats milk, wild rice (cooked without boiling) Organically
grown chicken without skin is a borderline medium stress protein (use sparingly).

Medium stress proteins include: avocado, turkey, game birds, soaked nuts (i.e.,
nutmilk), and French feta cheese, organic Greek feta cheese, tempeh, and tofu

High stress proteins are: lamb, veal, beef, peanuts, most raw nuts if eaten in large
quantities, non-fermented soybean products (like soymilk, soy flour, protein
powder), sardines, brewer's yeast (except in small amounts), and cow's milk

The liver is the most important organ for cleansing of the body. Some foods that
facilitate liver cleansing are: beets, radishes, artichoke, and dandelions.

Vegetable and fruit washing: Place one teaspoon of Clorox bleach in 1 gallon of
water and soak the produce for 20 minutes. Remove and rinse well. (Especially use
this for commercially-bought produce)

4. Drink plenty of clean water, but if you are juicing and drinking plenty teas such as
green tea (decaffeinated), you may not need so much.

5. Having daily communion is very important. Some have felt a supernatural healing
come upon them from this alone. 2 Chronicles 16:12-13 records that Asa sought the
physicians and did not seek the Lord and died of his diseased feet. A good text to
start with for communion is 1 Corinthians 11:23-29. I recommend that you make a
decision up front to do this for 40 consecutive days.

Also get a prayer partner for emotional support and for prayer for Gods guidance
and healing. Deal with any anger and unforgiveness. A trained Biblical counselor
can greatly help with mental strongholds, inner healing, and curses. (Compassion
Christian Counseling 409-832-5772)

6. Use of the following herbs will promote deep cleansing and the harmonizing of cell
health: Burdock, Turmeric, Sheep sorrel, Chaparral, Milk thistle seed,
Ashwagandha, and Astragalus and a little cinnamon for flavor.

7. Get plenty of sleep and rest. Also do daily walking (weather permitting) with deep
breathing in the sunshine except on every 7th day which is reserved for rest.
Walking facilitates the movement of lymph and oxygenation of the body. Sunshine
promotes the immune system and the providing of vitamin D.

8. Visit a Naturopathic Doctor to nutritionally evaluate your thyroid, check for food
sensitivities. He will also be able to support you if there is any pathogen involvement
such as parasites, candida/yeast, funguses, bacteria, and viruses. He also might be
able to provide an ionic foot bath to assist the body in cleansing.

9. Do at least 1 coffee enema per day (morning is preferred). Three or four enemas
per day may be prudent depending upon your level of toxicity and how serious you
are about cleansing. As toxins are being mobilized from the tissues, the liver can
become overwhelmed. The coffee enema allows the liver to dump toxins to the
colon very quickly. Much of the waste eliminated is in the form of enzyme inhibitors.
Frequent enemas prevent suppression of protein-digesting enzymes, which works
toward preventing altered cells from forming a protein coating that walls off
abnormal cells from the immune system. Coffee enemas are also a means to help
the colon. Coffee enemas also work toward alleviating pain throughout the body and
headaches.

If nauseated more than you can stand from too much too fast, then back off of the
coffee enemas somewhat. You can also drink peppermint/ginger tea and/or eat
oatmeal gruel to help relieve nausea.

10. For advanced nutritional uptake and to further assist in cleansing, the following
supplements will be very helpful: CoQ10, glyconutrients (such as a product called
Ambrotose), Green powdered mixes, Cod liver oil or fish oil, Cellfood, and whole
food vitamin mineral supplement (not synthetic vitamins). These items are
normalizing and supply basic ingredients needed for cell regeneration.

As your body is cleansing, it will go through cleansing reactions and it may cause you to
feel worse at times. You may experience symptoms that you have had in the past. All of
this is normal and it is called a healing crisis. After you pass through it, you will have a
much greater level of energy and health. You may have several of these reactions along
the way and they should be an encouragement that you are gaining a new level of health
as your body is getting rid of toxins and normalizing. A good book to read about these
types of things is: Cancer Battle Plan by Anne and Dave Frahm.
