This business plan describes the plan of presenting a new refreshing drink named as Mega

Blast Shake. It includes the discussion of the General Company Background, its Mission and

proposed project.

EOEAIA Food Enterprise will offer an affordable, healthy and refreshinghealth drink. It

is made up of different nutritious fruits and vegetables which are malunggay, spinach, banana,

pear, green apple, pineapple, watermelon, melon and ripped mango as the main ingredients. The

company will be involving in retailing, Business to business and Direct Selling and this will also

be their business model. The location will be 2 President Laurel Highway, Tanauan City,

Batangas. The price of the proposed product will be PHP 20.00 per cup. The use of Social

networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter will also be utilized in order to

advertise the product.

The production process will be held daily, form Mondays to Saturdays, from 8:00AM to

10:00AM. The production personnel will also let the customers choose combinations of their

own choice of ingredients and they will also entertain additional ingredients, if possible. The

production personnel can produce 200 cups of Mega Blast Shake per day. EOEAIA Food

Enterprise will operate 24 days a month from Monday to Friday. The selling hours will be from

10:00AM-1:00PM.

In Financial aspects, the owners parents contributed 75% of the initial capital in order to

operate the business or exactly PHP 7, 500.00.

The EOEAIA Food Enterprise has been established as a food manufacturer in Batangas.

The corporation provides products made of OreochromisNiloticus locally known as Tilapia which

can be found in Laurel, Batangas. The enterprise is located at Barangay 4, Sto Thomas, Batangas.

In order to meet the daily breakeven sales, the enterprise will engage in Direct Selling, Business

to Business (B2B) and Retailing.

The form of business is sole proprietorship. A team of skilled and entrepreneurial

individual will run the business. The proponents choose sole proprietorship as the form of

The product that the EOEAIA Food Enterprise will offer to the market is the Mega Blast

Shake. The product is composed of varieties of fruits and vegetables as the main ingredient. The

advocates came up of creating a new business idea from a television commercial of a new and

enhanced machine called NutriBullet. It is similar to a blender but it extracts thoroughly all the

nutrients from combinations of fruits and vegetables.

Unlike the other kinds of refreshments like shakes and juices sold in the market, this

refreshment drink has complete nutrients. The developer of the Nutri Bullet believed that other

blenders and machines alike dont provide enough nutrients. Only NutriBullet breaks down whole

fruits & vegetables to extract the maximum nutrition from your food. But because of its

expensive price, not everyone can taste its products so I came up with the idea of using our

NutriBullet and share exceptional refreshment drinks to other people with an affordable price.

To capture the market due to the huge number of well-known competitors, the proponents

decided to use target pricing to penetrate the market. This is simply adapting the current price that

is set by the competitors in the location where the business will be located. The proponents used

this pricing strategy for the reason that there is a higher level of competition present in the location,

with this, the business cannot dictate or sat higher price that what is set.

Procedure

Step 1: Wash all the fruits and vegetables.

Step 2: Cut all the fruits and vegetables.

Step 3: Put them all in the blender.

Step 4: Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 5: Add half cup of condensed milk.

Step 6: Add 1 cup of ice cubes.

Step 7: Blend it until its mixed well and put it in a cup.

Production Requirements

Based on the quality of all the ingredients, the enterprise can produce of approximately 200

cups of Mega Blast Shake. EOEAIA Food Enterprise will be producing Mega Blast Shake from

Monday to Friday.
