Profile I am hoping to gain a position as a studio assistant at Alfred University to help with the cost of
tuition. I would like to put my people skills, organizing, cleaning and general knowledge of
multiple mediums and processes to good use. I am a hard worker, quick learner, diligent,
reliable and excited about new experiences.

Experience Teacher Assistant (Top Gun TA); Humboldt State University 2016-Present

Oversaw the lab, maintained and organized lab equipment, made sure everything was well
stocked for class and the students. Had to know the latest printmaking techniques to be able
to provide assistance to beginning students. Helped problem solve and create fun and new
ways to approach printmaking, while also providing sweet jams for everyone to rock out to.

Related Experience Redwood Chappel Calendar Cover Fall 2016

Was invited to help design and print the cover of the 2016 calendar with Sarah Whorf on her
letterpress. Together we printed over two hundred copies, over five layers of design for each
page. Provided assistance with carving and design input.

Wood Engravers Network, Block & Burin - Fall 2016

Together Sarah Whorf and I designed and created the layout and theme for the cover of Block
& Burin for the Wood Engravers Network. We spent weekends carving and printing three
rounds of runs with over six hundred copies.

Class Projects IBAC (I Belong at College) 2016 - An opportunity for middle schoolers from the community to
come and experience Humboldt State Curriculum. They were exposed to the joys and magic
 of printmaking. Printmaking Club carving and provided the students with blocks to print with.

money for printmaking club.
