Digital Literacy in Theatre with US History

Overview: Using the Musical Hamilton students will analyze parts of the show while focusing

on the historical accuracy used. Performance leads to better understanding. Analyzing

Hamilton also allows students to work on empathy. (For today we will focus on the 70th Annual

Tony Awards Performance. Which was during the riots in Charlotte. What does this do to the

performance? it was mentioned during the Tonys)
