PLDT

The PLDT showed the highlights of their financial analysis for the years 2016 and 2017. It was explicitly
shown that the service revenue decrease by 4% from the value of 111.8 to 107.3 year 2016 and 2017
respectively. Although the value of their service revenue decreased, their EBITDA, reported income and
core income increased each by 11%, 38% 7% respectively based on their financial statements from year
2016 and year 2017. The value of their EBITDA in 2016 is 45.7 with a margin of 38% and 50.7 for 2017
with a margin of 45%. While their reported income for 2016 is 15.9 going up to 21.9 in 2017. And lastly
their core income in 2016 as compared to 2017 increased from 21.7 to 23.2. These values are all
measured in Philippine peso.
