Fully synthetic diesel engine oil

Valtra Engine FS is fully synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oil for extended oil drain
intervals. It fulfils latest American API and European ACEA performance claims and
several engine manufactures performance criteria's.

Oil is suitable for use in modern engines that are equipped with emission after-treatment
systems. Carefully selected additives are suitable to be used with sensitive advanced
after-treatment systems. Multi-effect additives ensure optimal engine operations both off-
road and on road applications. Oil provides excellent engine cleanliness and has
improved wear protection.

With fully synthetic baseoils is achieved excellent cold properties and oxidation stability in
hot conditions. Good oxidation stability prevents oil thickening during oil drain interval.

Semi-synthetic diesel engine oil

Valtra Engine S is semi-synthetic high performance heavy duty diesel engine oil for
extended oil drain intervals.

The oil is suitable for use in almost all engines that are not equipped with exhaust after-
treatment systems like Valtra Common Rail engines. Advanced additive technology
ensures the optimal operation of the engine both offroad and on road use also in
gasoline engines.

With semi-synthetic baseoils engine oil guarantees excellent low temperature


performance when the engine is started in cold climate. Oil can also be used throughout
the year and therefore avoid seasonal oil changes. Effective additives keep the engine
clean and protects against wear caused by soot particulates.

Diesel engine oil

Valtra Engine is a multigrade heavy duty diesel engine oil

The oil is suitable for older generation diesel engines that are not equipped with exhaust
after-treatment systems. Advanced additive technology ensures optimal operation of the
engine both road and off-road use and also in gasoline engines.

Effective additives and soot handling capacity keeps the engine clean and protects
against wear caused by soot.

Semi-synthetic transmission and hydraulic oil

Valtra Transmission XT60+ is a modern special transmission oil for tractor transmissions
and hydraulic systems. It is specifically designed for modern heavy-duty transmissions
like stepless (CVT) and powershift transmissions. The oil is also recommended for older
tractor transmissions.

High viscosity index allows the product to be used throughout the year in all climatic
conditions. Due to very good shear stability the lubricating properties remain perfect
throughout the oil life. Semi-synthetic baseoils further improve the cold properties, friction
properties and oxidation stability. Friction properties are designed for wet brakes while
maintaining a high coefficient of friction but preventing the brake noise. The additives
also effectively protects gears from wear as well as reduce oil foaming.

Applications

Tractor transmissions and hydraulic systems. Also independent hydraulic circuits with
piston or gear pumps, with mechanical or electro-hydraulic valves.
Especially tested and recommended for Valtra tractors.

Multigrade hydraulic oils

Valtra Hydraulic 32 and 46 are high quality hydraulic oils for agricultural and construction
machinery.

Valtra Hydraulic 32 is suitable for year-round outdoor usage and Valtra Hydraulic 46 for
demanding heavy duty outdoor hydraulics.

Oils are suitable for use in almost all of the hydraulic system such as excavators,
forestry, agricultural and earth moving machines. Top tier additives and high quality
baseoils provide very good protection against wear, oxidation, corrosion and foaming.
Valtra Hydraulic oils have excellent shear stability so their viscosity does not decrease
even in the long exchange intervals and the hydraulic system is working effectively.

Transmission and axle oils

Valtra Axle 80W-90 and Valtra Axle LS 80W-90 are high performance extreme pressure
(EP) transmission and axle oils for agricultural and other machinery.

Valtra Axle 80W-90 is suitable for heavily loaded final drives for all year round use.

Valtra Axle LS 80W-90 is suitable for final drives and especially for differentials where the
differential lock is operated with friction plates. The oil contains limited slip additives
required for the smooth operation of the friction locks but it can also be used in the axles
without friction locks.

Oils are suitable for use in almost all transmission and gearboxes that require API GL-5
class oils such as excavators, forestry, agricultural and earth moving machines. High
quality additives ensure very good protection against wear, oxidation, corrosion and
foaming.

Extended life coolant concentrate

Valtra Coolant is monoethylene glycol based extended life coolant concentrate for
tractors, construction machines and heavy-duty vehicles.

Valtra Coolant is suitable for all engines. Advanced additive technology, based on
organic acids (OAT) gives long lasting protection against corrosion. Improved heat
transfer capability, freezing protection and high boiling point protect engine in both low
and high temperatures.

Valtra Coolant does not contain phosphates, silicates or nitrites. Modern additive
technology gives top quality corrosion protection for all engine metals, including
aluminium and ferrous alloys and very good protection against cavitation corrosion.
