at this lab we will discuss about LCD display design and implementation using VGA module on FPGA

aimed to gain knowledge and experience using interface on FPGA evaluation board and understand
how VGA works in general.
VGA can be used to be a popular interface for a view. This VGA interface is available on Altera board
that is used to display the design result more interesting, not limited to LED or 7-segment only.
Interface to VGA uses two types of signals ie color signal (red and sync signal.
Horizontal Sync (TTL level) This signal will be active in the pixel range of columns 0 up to 639. So if
this signal is off, what happens is the line change.
Vertical Sync (TTL level) This signal will be active in pixel line range 0 to 479. EXPERIMENT V 57
So if this signal is off, what happens is the turn of the screen. Or go back to the first line.
RGB signal (Analog 3 pin: 0.7 - 1 V) This signal represents the intensity for each component of red,
green, and blue for each pixel that is currently active. So that all three of these signals change
according to the active pixels in the scanning process (from left to right for each line, then from the
top line to the bottom line).
