CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

1. All item(s) should be inspected by the customer, to ensure that it is in good condition. Discovered

defects should be reported to DA tent rental services before equipment is signed for. After the

equipment is signed for the customer will assume all liability, loss or damaged caused by or to the

equipment.

2. If ever there would be damage or loss you will be liable to pay a certain amount, minimum of

1,000 php for each items.

3. Braces = 2,000

4. Tent = 1,000

5. Table = 3,000

6. chair = 500
