Budget Justification

At Nutrihome, we strive to offer the best plan that meets you and your familys

needs. All plans include cost of groceries, two hours of cook time, and all clean up. We

have three plans for you to choose from. The first option is for one to two people, and

the cost is $275 a week. The second option is for families of three to four people, which

is $300 per week. The last option is for families of five to six people, which will cost

$325per week. Nutrihome currently caters to a total of twenty families. There are fur

families of four, five families of two, a family of five, and ten single plans.

For our food and beverage costs, the total amount will be $293,800. The cost for

four families of four is $1,200 per week, which comes out to $62,400 a year. For the five

families of two, the cost is $1,375 per week, which will be $71,500 a year. For the family

of five, the food cost will be $325 a week, which comes out to $16,900 per year. The

cost for the ten single plans is $2,750 per week, and $143,000 per year. Gross profit will

come out to total $235,040.

Payroll expenses will go towards secretaries that will be hired to schedule client

appointments and to remind Alyssa of her client appointment. There will be a variable

payroll, which will cost $30,555.20. Employee benefits will cost $$6,111.04. Other

controllable expenses come out to total $366.66. The total of the controllable expenses

will come out to cost a total of $37, 032.90.

The total income cost before taxes will equal $198,007.10. Occupancy costs will be
