3 Decode improvements

3.1 Agilent support

A problem has been resolved that caused streams containing HSUPA

messages but no HSDPA messages to miss some HSUPA attributes.

3.2 Comarco Seven.Five

Added support for Nokia N95 chipset, see also New collection device
support above.

3.3 Couei support

A problem has been resolved that prevented Couei log files to be

loaded if they only contained a scanner stream.

3.4 Ericsson CT support

The RR, A and Abis cause codes are now set in attributes for GSM call
trace log files.
Batch loading of GPEH log files does not fail anymore when one of the

3.13 Other / Generic

A problem has been resolved that could cause the Active Set
attributes to report too many cells after a handover when the preference Load
Time Message Filtering was enabled.
The decoding of GSM message System Information Type 2Quater
has been improved. A new attribute is set at that message: FDD_Qoffset.

4 Event detection and Application layer

improvements

The HSPA Status Time attributes are now set at the end of Tasks (that is,
at the last message before the attribute Task_Id is reset). The purpose of this
change is to make it easy to obtain in a query the time spent by the UE in different
states (HSPA, PS R99, 2G) during a task.

been corrected.

6 Known Issues / Obsolescence

The HSUPA UE category field in the HSDPA Network Acceptance report

does not work yet. This is because Analyzer cannot set the attribute from the
RRC field in RRC Connection Setup Complete that provides this information.
This will be fixed in future releases of Analyzer.
The HSDPA UE category field can be set wrongly when the HSDPA Network
Acceptance report is run on several files / streams corresponding to devices of
different categories. For instance, if some of the streams the report is run on
are for handsets of HSDPA category 8 and some for handsets of HSDPA
category 12, then the report will indicate 12 whereas it should indicate 8
because it is a better category.
