Check the coupling in between engine and pump if found damaged then

6 Carry out pump bearing greasing Quarterly
7 House keeping / Clean the surrounding area Quarterly
Spill over oil / water / grease / cotton waste / etc in surrounding area

and floor to be cleaned and disposed
Return the PTW and trial run of the equipment. If any leakage persists

same is to be rectified.
