Sit 5 mins before deeksha time .
Take woolen Asana to sit. Do not sit on ground floor
Keep your back straight & close your eyes .
Observe your breathing in & out slowly
chant the mantra
Just witness the experience of Kundalini awakening
Witness any Kriyas ie body movements, Pranayam, happening . Let visions came or you
may hear divine sounds ,whatever experience you get, just witness.
Sit for minimum 30 mins.
After deeksha, daily sit for Dhyana in similar way for min 30 to 40 mins
