With the blessing of Almighty, we were kept fit enough throughout the
project for his successful completion, we bow before this evergreen source of
kindness, help and inspiration with gratitude. Before plugging deep, we would
express our heartfelt thanks to all those helping hands that molded us efficiently to
complete the project work successfully.
I would like to express my thanks to the people who have helped me most
throughout my project. I am grateful to my guide Mr.S.DESIKAN M.E., for
nonstop support for the project.
Last but not least; we would like to remember thankfully each and every
one of our friends who helped directly to make our project success.
ABSTRACT:
The world is facing energy crisis with the difference in demand and supply
and limited number of natural resources. So there is a need for saving energy and
project tries to concentrate on how electrical energy can be generated from busy
road using vehicles, stored and used. In large metro cities the amount of vehicles
increases gradually. While moving, the vehicle passes some kinetic energy and it
is being wasted. This energy can be utilized to produce power. Road Power
Generator is a system design to capture waste and kinetic energy from all vehicles.
This device converts kinetic energy of the vehicles into electric energy. This
project uses a D.C.Generator thereby generating 12volt D.C. This D.C. voltage is
stored to the battery. Electricity stored in battery is used to activate the light, etc.
