Ref: 1. No. VTU/Exam/Ph.D/2016-2017/1363, dated 7% April 2017. 2. Representations from research scholars, for extension. 3. Resolution of the Executive Council No. 2.3.8. dated 27.11.2017. With reference to the subject cited above, University had extended time duration up to 10% October 2017 for the submission of final thesis of the research scholars of Ph.D. Programs vide ref.1. above. Even after the last date ie. 10% October 2017, some of the research scholars are requesting for further extension. Such representations have been placed before the authorities of the University. ‘The authorities of the University have approved with following conditions: 1, The extension is applicable only to the Research Scholars of Ph.D. Program who have completed their Comprehensive Viva-Voce Examination. 2. The duration of extension is as follows: [Year of Registration Last date for Final Thesis submission 2011 31st ber 2018 30% June 2018 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 31st March 2018 7 | The entire process of submission of thesis is to be completed before the last date prescribed.
