Person Citizenship State or nation that a person identifies as being a native or PersonCitizenship
naturalized member of and is entitled to its protection. A
person may have several citizenships. For example, American,
British, Indian and so on.
Person Delivery Method The types of communication methods for a person. For PersonDeliveryMethod
example IM, web address and so on.
Person Drivers License Driving license details of a person. For example, the from date, PersonDriversLicence
to date, issuing authority, issuing country, number and so on.
Person E-Mail E-mail address of a particular type for a person. For example, PersonEmail
an employee can have home and work e-mail addresses.
Person Ethnicity Name of the cultural or racial group a person belongs to. PersonEthnicity
Ethnicity are defined by legislation. For example, Asian -
Indian in the UK legislation.
Person Legislative Data Person data specific to a legislation. For example, legislation PersonLegislativeData
code, marital status, and other legislation specific data.
Person Name * Common and legislative-specific name components for a PersonName
person. For example, last_name, first_name, middle_names
and so on. The person name may also be entered in an
alternative character set.
Person National Identifier String of alpha numeric characters assigned by a legal PersonNationalIdentifier
authority that are used to represent a person. For example,
Social Security Number in US legislation, National Insurance
Number is UK legislation and so on.
Person Passport Passport details for a person. For example, passport number, PersonPassport
passport type, issuing authority, issuing country and so on.

Person User Manual Roles List of roles to be manually granted to the user. These are in PersonUserManualRole
addition to the auto-provisioned roles.If a role in this list

provisioned, and be subject to the rules for manual roles
accordingly.
Person Visa Details of a person's visa or work permit. For example, PersonVisa
number, type, status, issuing authority and so on.
Person Image Defines the photo of a person. PersonImage
Work Relationship * A work relationship is the highest level in the employment WorkRelationship
model and exists for every worker for a Legal Employer. This
layer holds information regarding the type of relationship that
exists between the person and the enterprise.
Employment Terms * Second level in the employment model that captures the WorkTerms
terms and conditions associated with one or more
assignments.
Assignment * Lowest level in the employment model, which identifies the Assignment
details of the work to be performed. This entity stores work
terms and assignment records for employees, contingent
workers, nonworkers, and pending workers. The distinguishing
attribute for the various types of records is the Assignment
Type.
Assignment Work Measure
Defines information about the HR budget values for an AssignmentWorkMeasure
assignment. An Assignment may be budgeted using
headcount, Full Time Equivalent , points or any other user
defined units.
