countries to be allocated in comparison to INDIA.

Case Analysis: Student Teams shall be given cases containing analytical questions. They are
expected to Submit an individual analysis by each team member. A team presentation on the
allotted case.

Each students have to make a profile on national culture based upon the factors : culture,
subculture, across culture communication, language, organisational culture, government culture,
religion influence on culture.

Each student will be allocated with a company and they have to find out the various factors which
motivate them and help them to retain the employee in the company. This analysis will be based
upon industry and culture followed in that particular company.field work is required by student.
