    Subject: An Application for leave of absence.

    It is stated that I am Asif Khan Shakir, student of MSSE in your department and my registration
    number is HA-1118.With due great respect, I beg to say that I was sick from 23rd September 2017
    to 10th October 2017. I have not been able to attend my classes for few days. I cannot inform
    because I was in hometown in Barisal. I therefore, request that please consider my case and allow
    me to continue further procedure to appear in the final examination without fine. I shall be thankful
    to you.
